We've used Bury Hill to supply soil conditioner in the past, and have been pleased with their service. On this occasion though the quality was dreadful. The two bulk bags were completely waterlogged, and when we eventually managed to dry out the conditioner it was hard and clumpy. I emailed them twice about this, but didn't receive a reply.
Had a sandpit made but the builders brought ugly dark brown/grey sand that was more for a construction site. I looked online but nobody seemed to have white sand that is safe for kids. Then I found pure white play sand from Burryhill topsoil and logs and thought I'd give it a try. The sand arrived very quickly a few days later and it was even better than the photos (you never know how it will be in reality with photoshop etc). Super happy with the product and service. Delivery driver was also very friendly and helpful so 5 stars all round! Well done guys, I'll order through you again
Had a great experience with Bury Hill, very high quality topsoil, would highly recommend.
