Replacement key for 2019 Altima did not work; refund denied…
I ordered a replacement key for 2019 Nissan Altima which was delivered Oct 24 2024. I've taken that key to three different shops but none of them could program it correctly. Worse, is that the metallic key inside the key container does not open the door lock.My refund request was denied because it was outside of their 90 day return window and they refused to provide a store credit or ship me something else as a courtesy. "We must adhere to our return policy" was repeated by the chat agent. Totally inflexible, frustrating and disappointing So I would like to return the key which has never been used for a full refund

Brand new Nissan Murano fob at a great price and awesome customer support.
Purchased a new remote fob for a 2020 Nissan Murano. I received the remote along with a list of Auto Locksmiths near me. This vehicle remote was not able to be programmed and had to use locksmith. I called Loyds Lock Co. He was able to program and cut new key within about 15 minutes.Great product, great price and saved a lot of money by not using dealer for new fob or programming.

I purchased a remote online from their Website using the descriptions they had listed. I was sent a unit that wasn't the correct unit for my truck. I contacted them a week later. I was told I had to contact the dealership and get a part number for a remote for my truck. SO DON'T GO BY WHAT THEY HAVE ON THEIR WEBSITE! I did so and was very easy to look up a unit after you have a OEM part number. However they didn't have this in stock. Checking back time to time they finally had the unit in stock. This exceeded their 90 day warranty and wouldn't take back the incorrect unit. No Leeway, no common sense, just F U your stuck with it. When it would have been real easy to help they didn't. No one to call, just Chat. There are other options I would recommend that you find one even if it is a dollar or two more. Customer service is everything. Myself as a retired business owner can state that I feel that they failed me.

this my first time using carandtruckremote , i must say you guys carry a great product at a fare price .it saves people lots of money and your instructional materials make your project very easy to complete i brought a dot key remote for my 2010 Toyota and was able to spare key at a price that was hundreds of dollars cheaper than dealer prices.

Cheap priced fobs that work great
Cheap priced fobs that work great. Easy to pair to a Bolt after reading the instructions. Used a aftermarket and used stock fob and both synced flawlessly. Probably saved over $500 vs going to the dealership. Thanks!

After my remote key fob that I bought went bad I contacted the company and got a replacement sent quickly without too much trouble. New one works. Only issue I had was explaining to the chat line that my original warranty that I purchased should apply the remainder to the replacement item. Eventually it was taken care of after some back and forth. That’s why a 4 rating and not a 5. The original item wasn’t even 3 months old before it quit working.

Ordered a 2021 Kia refurbished remote. Price was very good. Shipping was slow, it took several days to get to the USPS. Key was received, looked like new. Programmed as expected. I had a locksmith cut the key. Very happy with the transaction except the delay of several days to get to postal service.

The key fobs I bought fromcarandtruckremotes.com for my truck were identical to the OEM ones I received when I purchased it new. I really liked that the website also gave me a list of locksmiths in my area to contact to cut the keys and program the fobs. After almost two years with worn out fobs it is so wonderful to have my remote start and other functionality back. And I don’t have to use scotch tape to hold them together like the old worn out ones lol. Plus I know three people that went to dealerships or lock smiths alone to do this, and by getting four locksmith quotes I spent less than half what they did all in.
