Have used this garage now for 2yrs. Excellent customer service and just so lovely and honest. Sorted my recent car breakdown, service and mot. Always feel that everything is explained. Can not recommend this place highly enough. Thankyou so much!

Recently moved to the area and there's always that nervousness about trying somewhere new. I found Richard and his team to be incredibly professional and their passion to look after me and my car were second to none. Work carried out same day and appreciated the honesty and integrity after being advised what components should be repaired/replaced by another garage. Richard advised I had additional mileage left in my front and middle exhaust sections and wouldnt replace them right now....thus saving me money just after Christmas which was very much appreciated. Would completely recommend, thank you for help

Best garage in Redditch
Absolutely amazing people who really care about their customers. I was recommended by a friend to Car Clinic when I first moved to Redditch in Jan 2023 and would forward that recommendation to anyone living in, or around the Redditch area. Every interaction I've had with Richard & his team has been positive. They've been direct with me about any problems my Fiat Tipo has and have always done a high quality job when fixing those issues. As I do lots of milage working around the country, it's great to know that when an issue comes up on my car, I have a local garage who can fix the issues quickly and at a reasonable cost. HIGHLY recommend.

Superb Service, Always Professional
I've used Rich and the team at CCR for various issues relating to my car over the past four years, everything from pads / disc changes, MOTs, Healthchecks, to investigative work and fault cleardowns, and every time they have been great. I had a strong vibration coming from the front end on acceleration and Rich said it was probably a knuckle loose on a driveshaft - but it was anyones guess whether it was left or right. They investigated and decided it was left and unsurprisingly, they were right. New driveshaft installed, fault fixed. 18 months later, another vibration problem but this time affecting the steering, which Rich again investigated and suggested it could be a compromised CV boot, and negotiated excellent terms to replace the component. Again, fault fixed. Never had a problem dealing with, very accomodating, knowedgable and helpful team. 5 stars for both professionalism and service, thank you

Rear end shunt.
Had someone run into back of my vehicle causing damage to rear.Rang Richard who dealt with problems and fixed it within a couple of hours.Could not have dealt with problems any better. A very professional outfit will recommend to anybody.
