Take better care when shipping
Ordered a $50 card and it was shipped without a sleeve in a hard plastic container. One corner was pretty banged up.

I never write reviews but after buying a mtg legacy deck off card kingdom I can assure players that they are really professional. I opened two tickets and the helped me twice. Today my cards arrived and they are all perfect and well packed. I waited two weeks but I had them delivered to Italy from the us. I am overall very happy with my order and I will purchase from ck again.
Cards are at a very competitive price but you get your money's worth in the long run. At a base level, they have one of the highest card selections available, very good rates of shipping, and free shipping if you order a select amount of cards. Some of the more popular cards are going to be between $1-3 extra per card; I typically don't mind since im getting it in the most trusted way possible nowadays. With TCG player on its dying limb, its nice to know I can put all my trust into CardKingdom, even if it takes a couple extra dollars per order. Been using it for 4 years now, ive dumped tons of money into it and never felt used or abused. You get what you pay for! On a side note ill also mention their customer service, very dependable and easy to use! Quick responses and they do a lot of the heavy lifting.
Im based in ireland and bought a deck, had a bit of trouble paying but they sorted very quickly and I used PayPal which worked great. Took about 10 business days to arrive but it was tracked. I would highly recommend.
Stay away from Card Kingdom. Not only are the cards way over market price, the delivery and customer service is terrible. I ordered from the UK and their delivery company charged me hundreds of pounds to complete the delivery. I submitted a support ticket with Card Kingdom to ask for help and they never even replied. Avoid this "company", they will take advantage of you.
Overpriced cards that come with scratches and horrible edge wear listed as "Near Mint" but are either heavily played or damaged.
Prices for cards are ok, taxes are just fn ridiculous. Paying double just for taxes. Won't ever buy from here again. Pathetic.
I used Card Kingdom for years.Recently they added VAT in shopping cart, for prepay import to Norway, so thats realy nice, no more delays at import office, it zips right through and to the door.Unless you use the wrong currier/shipping option. All the cards are deliverd in plastic hardcase boxes, so cards don't get bendt or damamged. Not once have I recived dammaged/bendt cards, some might not be 100% NM, but close enough, nothing Im gonna throw a tantrum for.Even selling to them is easy to, allthough I do hope they will improve on the sell cart, cause that thing laggs alot after 200+ cards in the sell cart. They do grade the cards fairly, and offers cash, instore or online credit, for your next fix on magic cards needs.I rarely have issues with any delivery, so far 2 times I had to contact support.1: one time currier forgot to scann the parcel, so card never came through, luckly I got the money back, after tracking never updated, had to wait 60 days (I think it was), but thats understandable.2: one VAT issue I had to pay dubbel, but in the end I got my money back after showing proof of import payment. The support have been helpfull and explain in detail. And support never given me vague and dificult to understand replys.Atleast for me they been on point every time. The only downside is shipping time, and wait. They do offer faster shipment, if needed. But knowing you get legit cards if you but the extremly expensive cards is well worth the wait.Private sellers might not be honest when it comes to the reseverd list cards.Pricing seems allritte, even some might be abit over trend price, but Card Kingdom having pritty much everything I need in one place, and that makes up for invidual shipping like other sites offers.I use Card Kingdom more than other sides, if locals dont have the cards I need.My experience with them has been nothing but good.
Completely botched the delivery, swapped from expensive DHL (that I paid for) to a cheap UPS that doesn't know how to do a custom clearance in Europe. Ignored the emails and tickets. Filing for a chargeback now.
I would say to fix the bugs on your site as pertaining or relative to 'selling'. Horrible experience this most recent time. It had nothing to do with my pc either. The site froze constantly just searching a card to input into the sell-cart. Then to make the matter worse, and this has always been an issue...the quantity that I enter for several cards keeps randomly resetting to other quantities...and yes; AND each time I shut down my computer the entire sale-cart moved into the 'saved for later' and essentially had me working double-harder to get all the cards back into the sell cart and reset all quantities to the the correct #'s, since the default sets all cards back to '1'#. All I can say was it was an atrocious experience. Felt like I was slaving over these nickel in worth cards. Never good feeling like you are working for 5 cents/hr. Lol. *i.e.: Please fix these site issues specifically for 'seller'.*
Before my rant about my latest experience, I've purchased from Card Kingdom several times in the past with near excellent service. This last time I sent a card in for trade and store credit. The card I sent was in perfect condition but to my surprise, they graded the card as "Very Good" which cost me $78 in trade in value. I spoke with customer service, with no compromise or real resolution other than too bad. I will not use them again, which sucks because they are the closest big name store near me and there really isn't a LCS near me. I definitely recommend finding other options rather that Card Kingdom.
I have previously always used Card Kingdom for singles. I recently bought a deck list in late February to receive my order the first week of March. Instead what happened is my package got mis-sorted and it took a week for me to get in contact with Card Kingdom regarding my order’s unknown delay. Eventually they contacted me and told me that my package got sorted incorrectly and will take 3-5 weeks to get to me. They offered me a refund for my shipping fee, which was 7$, and told me that I can’t get a full refund for my order until a month has passed. 7$ refund is not sufficient enough for an order that was supposed to arrive already, it is the 14th of March as I am writing this. They want me to wait another 3+ weeks before I can receive my package in order to get a refund at all- they said they “can’t consider it” until it’s arrived or labeled as missing. What an incredible mishandling of the entire situation and my loyalty as a customer. I will NOT be using Card Kingdom again.
Bad service problems with my card and shipping took to long not worth the time
**STAY FAR AWAY FROM CARDKINGDOM - ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!**I honestly don’t know where to start. This company is a complete disaster from top to bottom. I paid $500 for a package, and because I wanted it *somewhat* soon, I even upgraded the shipping to USPS Priority. It’s been TWO WEEKS now, and my package still hasn’t shown up. This is beyond ridiculous. But wait, it gets worse. I submitted a support ticket 5 DAYS AGO, and they haven’t bothered to respond. Not a single word. I could get more customer support from a brick wall. The level of incompetence here is staggering. And let’s talk about their website. If you think you’re going to get any sort of help, good luck. Their support web design is a mess — buttons that have no labels or explanations. One wrong click, and your entire support request *vanishes* without any warning. How does a company even mess that up? It’s like they actively tried to make their site as user-unfriendly as possible. But the cherry on top? They sold a *fake box* to a popular YouTuber, Wubby, who got scammed out of real product. How does that even happen? Are they just tossing fake boxes into shipments now? If I could rate this company ZERO stars, I would. I will never, *ever* buy from them again, and I hope this review helps someone avoid the nightmare I’ve had. There are WAY better places to buy Magic: The Gathering cards than Cardkingdom. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. This company is trash, and their customer service is even worse. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers at all.**1/5 — COMPLETE JOKE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!**
I have been buying from here for both than 3 years. They have great selection and ok prices. TCGplayer is usually 10-20% cheaper but card kingdom has super fast shipping. I have ordered so many cars listed as "light play" and they come in scratched, bend and damaged condition. Support always reply by saying, we don't believe you and trust their graders but will give you a gift card to stop annoying us. I gave them another shot and bought a $50 surge foil card in "light play" condition and it came in scratched condition again. Their business would be so much better with just some quality card graders.
Unclear, covert and possibly unlawful handling of custom clearance leading to extra costs, delays and cumbersome reception of goods. Will never buy from them again.
Will charge you for VAT tax in your order, but not pass the info on to the courier. You will end up getting charged in customs due to their negligence. They refuse to refund the VAT they charged, or cover the Customs bill. They claim theres a cut-off value at 150 USD where they stop handling VAT - However ive made a order that costs 60 USD and one that costs 180 USD - I got hit with TAX+Fee charge on both, despite having payed CardKingdom the VAT in advance. Absolutely a joke of a company - Never shopping with them again. They will claim that this problem is your own fault for not reading their policy - even tho they are clearly not living up to them themselves.I made 2 order and both ended up costing double due to Vat tax and Fees incurred. As if this wasn't enough 2-3 cards from my order were clearly fake/counterfeit. Have a completely different feel and look then the rest of the cards.STAY AWAY
Cancelled order due to supposed mail issues, but never actually gave me a straight answer. Lots of "looks like this" and "looks like that" though. My package was apparently returned to them before being getting past their first courier and instead of re-sending it they decided to cancel the whole thing. And to top it all off the refund wasn't sent, which was the one thing they actually assured me of. This company is what credit card chargebacks are made for.
The card grading wait when selling cards is astonishingly slow. I will only ever go to my local game store from now on. I gave it a try to sell online ... live and learn.
I'm a first time seller to Card Kingdom and wow I'm not impressed. They received my order on Friday but was just advised 10+ days on processing sales. I'm already on the 5th day since they received it. Then I want compensation for my order taking that long to be processed.
