Worth the time and money
Jamer and Debbie provided a very professional, friendly and insightful experience. Everything went smoothly and with no surprises, a definite plus when dealing with car dealerships. I mentioned Mastrovito Hyundai to Jamer and he obviously listed and investigated. We purchased our Tucson from them last week. Thank you Car Edge for taking and pain out of car purchasing.

The first dealer we dealt with turned out to be inexperienced and dishonest, so we went to a second dealer who was extremely easy to deal with and got me the vehicle with the options I wanted. I chose to go with the service where‘s care of the whole process of buying and it turned out to be a terrific experience
Hate bad customer service
Prompt, professional, but be aware of vehicle you choose....some have no room for negotiation.
I was immediately contacted after I submitted my application and payment.....even on a Saturday! Everyone was prompt, polite and efficient. It took us a few days to secure the right vehicle, but part of that was my process of eliminating and identifying the best choice for our needs and budget.The only negative that I have is the car I chose is in extremely high demand. There was little to no negotiation room with the dealer. We paid asking price. I could have done that. I'm not sure that I saved the $1000 bucks that I hoped to recover in a price reduction.

Overdue review- Thank you Jamer for being a Pro!
This is long overdue. During the busy month of December, I hired a concierge service to help me purchase a pre-owned, certified Acura RDX A-spec. There was not a lot of inventory in California, yet alone across the country. I can't thank Jamer Heasley enough for being such a pro at handling this deal and saving me money. There are so many dealer tactics that I simply didn't have time or patience for, and he handled them like a pro! There were many twists & turns he navigated through during a few different dealer negotiations, and he kept me informed every step of the way. In the end, I got a great deal with a local dealer who happened to be the first dealer Jamer spoke with, and I got the exact car and features I wanted. 100% would recommend Concierge for those who don't have the time to do this themselves.

I was looking to purchase a certain used 2025 Accura MDX
I was looking to purchase a certain vehicle from a local dealer. I emailed the dealer with some questions and they sent me the carfax. There was something about the title that seemed out of sorts.I logged onto Caredge.com and searched for the specific vehicle and found it listed. It gave me all the info, etc. that caredge is known for. But then I started over and filtered the list vehicles as I had previously done, but this time I checked the “Clean Title” box. The specific car I had been looking at was now omitted from the list it was on before. This was a huge save for me. I didn’t have to GUESS what was going on with the title shenanigans I saw in the carfax. I now KNEW there was something going on. Great job Caredge! This saved a whole lot of time and wasted effort in test drives and negotiations, etc I’m sure my bank would have given me a hard time lending me the money to buy this car with the weird title. Thanks again. This site was worth the money. Just for that!

I had the pleasure of working with Joe, an that made all the difference in the world in my car buying experience. He was patient, knowledgeable, communicative, and caring. He answered all of my questions and worked so hard to find the car I was looking for and to negotiate a deal I never could have made myself. There were a few glitches with delivery of the vehicle - delay due to the truck breaking down and grease stains on the interior - but Colette with post sales took care of everything quickly and effectively. First, I was impressed with data given on the SUV I wanted. Coupled with the negotiating techniques demonstrated on U-Tube, I really felt I had a equal footing going into the dealership to negotiate for an vehicle. Finally, AI hit it out of the park. Pages of negotiating text with a dealership culminating with the general manager signing off on an "out of door" price. Amazing!

My experience
My experience: went thru 3 concierge people. Original contract initiated on 12/11/25. Email of officers on the 12/15-16. I emailed Sergio 12/16 my choice. I spoke to Sergio on the 12/12. I told him of a SUV local to me that was specific to my vehicle. I told him, that model had been on their lot for 150 days! Resent the email on 12/19. He lost my email? Contacted by Magee Greco on 12/22. And 12/23. The original model that I told Sergio about sold the vehicle 2 days before Maggie made contact. A manager by the name of Tracy called 12/29. I explained the situation of my needs and All the difficulties. I then spoke to Josh on 12/29. The purchase and delivery of vehicle did not complete until 1/21/26!!! The vehicle battery was DEAD. I had it toad to a dealership 1/22/26. Picked it up on1/26 Due to work and a Snowstorm. This was not a good experience for the $850.

ONLY ISSUE: I am not sure how to explain that someone with an assumed name (the AI negotiator) was corresponding only to have a different person (me) show up for a test drive or purchase?

Craig was great to work with! He communicated well and was available to answer questions. Drew arranged for the Lemon Squad inspection, which was meticulously detailed and very helpful. He also handled last minute questions with the Squad when some issues were identified on the inspection. Craig, also, followed-up with the dealership and was able to reassure me that the identified issue was of no real concern.The reason I'm giving 4 stars rather than 5 is that there was, initially, a lack of communication and delay of finding promising vehicles which fit needed criteria. I think that this was due to starting the search at year-end which was a very high volume time for Caredge. Because of that, my case was passed around to 2 different representatives, one of whom admitted he was somewhat new and had not communicated adequately. Once the ball got passed to Craig as the negotiator, I have absolutely no complaints. I would recommend the service to others who have strict requirements to work within and want an easier car-buying experience.

5 Star Service with Measurable Value for Money
Overall a good experience. Transparent and timely communications helped to reassure me (a first time user of this service) that using Car Edge was the right decision. I was assigned to Stuart, and he presented as a knowledgable and experienced negotiator and was thorough. He paid attention to the details and at no time was I wondering if we were not aligned. I'm not sure how Car Edge incentivizes their consultants, but the formula works. If you are a busy professional and need to rely on good service to get the best quality/deal, I can say I recommend the Car Edge Service and will turn to them again in the future.
