In these turbulent times, quantity matters. Not only did Career Agents help me optimize my CV, Cover Letter and LinkedIn profile, they saved me from spending 1-2 hours every day looking for my next job -- this is especially beneficial when you're already working 9-10 hours a day. They helped me land my new job --starting in March.

CVs (or resumes) can be difficult things to get right. Trends change and what is eye catching one year can become passé another and they salient points no longer stand out. Also key skills might be there but taken for granted but not highlighted. Career Agents helped be to tailor my CV to fit the job I wanted and it worked. I am now in an excellently paid position that I enjoy, rather than endure.

I know that it's not always common for Career Agents to receive requests for reverse recruitment support in Europe, but after having been unexpectedly laid off due to a global restructuring shortly after having been hired, I didn't feel I had it in me to do another round of job hunting without some support. The proactive approach of Career Agents combining both your traditional CV + LinkedIn profile optimisation services alongside an actual service to apply on your behalf and to support you ahead of interviews was very attractive to me. And the service delivered, everyday they applied for roles for me and often were faster than me in finding opportunities to apply for, they were proactive in reacting to feedback I received from recruiters about my applications, my cover letters, etc. and having a centralised platform that keeps track of what they've applied for was very reassuring indeed. And in the end, it worked, I ended up having a new role offering fantastic conditions (even better than what I had) and just in time so that financially I won't feel the loss. A great result and an experience that really helped make a tough situation manageable.
