I am very happy with my purchase, it was exactly what I wanted, both my son and grandson was absolutely excited to receive it. My son is a Master Barber and the Caricature Art is the topic of conversation. Again, I'm very pleased.

They lost one star since didn’t make my deadline of Mother’s Day, was sent after so I know it wasn’t the post office. Everything else was great though, communication, the outcome, the size, the creativity. I sent the pictures and said to put them in princess dresses. They can up with it on their own and looked perfect. I would recommend to anyone but to set a deadline a week earlier than needed.
At first I wasn’t sure how it would turn out and was uncomfortable just picking a service online.. boy was I wrong! It turned out perfect and better than I expected. They communicated the whole time with me and even made sure I received it once it was out for delivery. I would highly recommend this service to friends and family, and would use them again in the future.
Very please with the 2 caricatures designed for me. I'm giving as a gift to a relative for a business venture, and the designer listened carefully and intently as the what I envisioned. It was an easy process to participate in once I was accustomed to the time difference. I was happy with the results. I can't express how much I value that the artist truly took into account my descriptions and desire for the result. I will recommend, and I will return again without hesitation. Thank you.

I purchased a drawing as a gift for a colleague. Communication was flawless (speed, etc.) and also the picture turned out great. They were flexible regarding adjustments after they had started too. I felt it was important to them to do a good job and satisfy their customer. The only thing which turned out less than ideal (and what cost them the fifth star) is that they did not keep their deadline. They offered a full refund but that did not really solve the problem. I still needed the gift... however, I would use their service again and trust that this was a one time issue.
I am a Asst. Chief of police I purchased a picture for each one of our officers and police chief for Christmas. The pictures could not have turned out any better. The process was very easy and only took about two weeks.
BEST GIFT EVER!We decided to gift this to our boss and it was such a hit! we got 2 drawings and they couldn't have been more spot on just like them! & not to mention we received our digital copies super quick! totally recommend them! I also had a million questions which they were super helpful with answering.
