When we first moved to Hudson Florida a year and a half ago we found this store right away. At that time we bought a desk ( many compliments ) and lamps for our living room. We decided to buy a home and went back and bought a beautiful (different) Dining room table and chairs. And was planning on just a recliner but ended up with a couch and recliner. Very happy with everything we have purchased at Carolina Factory Outlet and of course Todd the most helpful sales person. When we walked in on a 100 degree day. Would you like a bottle of water? Very nice and helpful through the entire purchase. Also Joe who also was very helpful also. We highly recommend Carolina Factory Outlet for all your furniture needs, you will find high quality furniture, great prices and a lot of different things you won't find in other stores. And of course Todd.

great people. we had terrific communication with company. the delivery guys were just a touch clumsy the one must have been new because he banged the piece into the wall on the door frame right after we just had it all painted. it was a small nick we didn't see until they had gone. the driver was very pleasant and polite. we did have good service.

We were late in expressing our feelings and let the sales people know we were gone for a month and the furniture was not used during that time. Mr. Joseph Eden and his staff are Fantastic ! We needed to purchase a Living Room and a Bedroom set for our granddaughter. We visited two of the Heavy Hitters in the area and walked out. We made numerous adjustments and changes and I could not believe how patient and accommodating the entire staff was. I can't say enough good about Carolina Factory! I'm from Michigan and bought a condo in New Port Richey. I took a flight down and had only one week to purchase furniture. Chris was my salesman and he went out of his way for me. He came in on his day off, and spent 2 hours with me while I decided just what I wanted. I ended up buying more than I planned and he gave me a great deal. They delivered everything the next day. I am so happy and would recommend Carolina Factory to anyone! Some nice furniture on display just think a MONTH PLUS is a very long time this day and age to have to wait to have delivered 😞... Have company arriving the end of the month and not even a guarantee it will be here for their comfort.Everyone was nice helpful with the process... Just on pins n needles and bummed it takes so long to arrive...

I bought a couch and love seat. Within an hour of having it delivered I called and said we didn't like it. It was too big and to dark for our living room. They said too bad, once it is delivered no returns or exchanges. I was very unhappy and I want everyone to know.
