Always beware a majority of 1 & 5 stars
Always beware organizations with a majority of 1 & 5 stars on Trustpilot - a sign that ratings may be juiced. This company promised 7-15 day delivery, on the 14th day I received a notice that my product MIGHT ship two weeks later...not be delivered mind you, but it COULD ship then (nearly a month after purchase - I've never received such a message from a company before). I've asked for my order to be cancelled/refunded, and was able to replace the product with another of equal or better quality from a company I've used multiple times, that will arrive 3 days from now. Given other reviews I'm curious to see what happens with my refund, and will update this rating afterward. In hindsight I should have gone in and inspected their "withdrawal" and return mechanism, the language is clearly written to hide fees and minimize their liability in ways their competitors don't bother with because they actually sell quality product that fits, and deliver and support those products properly.00200050
