Excellent, excellent service! Mike saved the day with his outstanding expertise! I was afraid I was going to have to replace my wool carpet but luckily I found out about Mike. He's patchwork was magic. He cut out the bleached spot (about 12"x12") and patched on a new piece from a donor piece. I can't recommend him enough. A real nice guy too!

Mike is a great guy and does excellent work! I appreciate him working with my schedule as well as giving me helpful hints along the way. He let me know that our kitties were messing up our carpet, and he also told us a nice easy fix for that! The section of carpet he repaired looks great and I am glad I chose the Carpetologist to come out and work on my carpet.
Mike handled a variety of needs at our home: stretching in hallway/stairs/rooms, carpet replacement on steps, stain removal and patching. He is extremely thorough, knowledgable, experienced, meticulous and creative in his solutions. Mike didn't rush (10 hours effort!) and was very easy to work with. Would surely invite him back.
