I worked with Amy at CarTitles and she did a fantastic job. We were preparing to initiate a court ordered title when a lien release showed up as a result of her previous contact with the lien holder of record from the DMV ( a previous company holding the release had gone out of business complicating the situation ). She has a great personality, is good at her job and works hard to get you a great result. She stays on top of things and communicates often to keep you updated. Thanks 🙏 Amy!

USE ANYONE BUT THIS PLACE
Do not waste your money, just go straight to the BMV/DMV of the state you're requesting the title from. For $15 you will save yourself the absolute headache you get from cartitles. They ignore, pass the buck, and are not very competent at all especially for a simple title request with a lien release and address change....they give you bad advice, too, such as to include a pre-paid overnight envelope for the issuing DMV to use because they DON'T use them. My $32 envelope went straight into Indiana's BMV mailroom trash can. It's been almost 3 months and I still have no title. Ariel refuses to even answer my emails. 100% do not recommend!After reading the reply I stand 100% by my review. Save your money, do it yourself. There is no advantage to using this company. You will not save time, and will be out $189 plus $32 for a useless prepaid overnight envelope that goes into the trash. They can say whatever they want, but this was not a satisfactory experience whatsoever. If "zero stars" were an option, I'd be using it.

I havent received my title yet but let me say that i am 100percent confident that i will. My situation was a complicated on for me because of my work schedule and distance from family but Amy Jewett contacted me and had all the answer to my questions. No refunds!
I requested a duplicate auto title on a Wednesday, found my original title that Friday and requested a refund. They requested additional forms in order to cancel my order which I sent immediately only for them to tell me there were no refunds. Don’t use this company until you have searched everywhere for your original title. Read all the fine print before paying. I’ve told my coworkers and friends this.

My communication with the company was satisfactory. I misunderstood believing that this online process would save time and inconvenience of trying to manage the paperwork in person at the DMV.- it would have been helpful if somewhere on their website, it stated that this process could take up to 6-eight weeks or more- I could have walked in to the DMV and started my process in person rather than hiring this company to manage it for me- I believe this service is better suited for people, unable to manage the DMV in person or people Manning this from out of state. It has nothing to do with the service I received, but not understanding the process or knowing that it could take eight weeks or more would have been helpful.

Was very happy with our experience. They kept me informed through the entire process. The longest part was DMV mailing the title and that was less then 3 weeks but also it was over the holidays. Otherwise it probably would have been a tad bit faster.
