This company is a scam tried to reschedule my car rental they said I could not reschedule and keep my money please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM COMPANY !!! I also reported them to the bbb
Misleading pricing of car hire; cancellation policy which is totally inflexible and expensive. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!! This review is real - I have learnt the hard way........
False Economy! This company is more interested in taking down poor reviews rather than addressing customer complaints about appalling customer service. I AM STILL WAITING!!!!
I contacted economy booking as my wife needed a car but did not have a visa card for the deposit. I asked if we could use our switch card and they said we would have to contact the car rental company. The car rental said this would be fine. I then paid the £88.75 for the rental and went to get the car. When we got to Green Motion, we were told it would cost and extra £91.00!! We refused this and on the way home, contacted economy booking to be told we would be refunded. Two weeks later we had an email to say that we were classed as a no show and there would be no refund. Despite emailing and calling, they refuse to listen. I have done nothing wrong and followed their instructions yet they just revert to their terms and conditions and I am £88.75 out of pocket. They have told me to speak to Green Motion and I have contacted their Head Office today - I await a response.
