Where is my order?
Placed my order over a week ago and still don’t have a tracking number. Aside from a generic response to my inquiry that was never followed up on, I have had no communication from Casas Padel. Your telephone numbers don’t work either. Starting to sound like I’ve been ripped off and I need to report it. You were quick in charging my credit card.

Please reply to the chargeback email that I sent. A Shopify collective order was fraud and now I’m getting charged $450 for the order. I’ve sent multiple emails.

I have made several attempts to contact you regarding order #12484 being incorrect. I was sent the incorrect color for a NOX bag and am looking to have the correct one shipped.I have tried web submissions, several emails to different email addresses. No response. Previously my experience with Casas Padel has been fantastic. I am not sure what has happened here.

The Set rackets from CasasPadel are a great deal. You do not have to spend a lot to get a good racket. Start with CasasPadel. The Nox transparent racket protectors are also recommended.

I bought a padel racket online, it came out defective, and there's no way to contact them. The WhatsApp line doesn't exist, nor does the phone number listed on the website, and they don't answer emails. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Whatever you do. Do not. I repeat do not order anything from this website. They are unresponsive to emails, texts, WhatsApp’s, online forms. This is by far the worst customer service and experience I have ever received from any online retailer, ever. Bar none. Do not buy anything from this place. Complete joke of a business.
