Tow driver/pick up driver very professional and reasonable with scheduling pick up. Whole overall process very smooth from start to finish. Hate to let my vehicle go but it was her time. Thank you for being promptly available to help with the process.

I would not use this company again
I would not use this company again. The language barrier is the first thing; 3 phone calls took 40 min that could have taken 5 min. I could only understand about every third word, and they had trouble understanding me and asked me to repeat myself over and over. 2nd, Once I finally jumped through all the hoops, they told me they would call me 1 hour before picking up my car from the mechanic shop, which was 2 min away from my office. The tow company showed up, told the mechanic they were here to pick up my vehicle, hooked it up, and left. They did not call me, or pick up the title, leave the plate, or leave the check. When I call them, they ask me to bring everything to them, which I could not, and she said, "Well, I don't know what to tell you." I was told the Driver would NOT take the vehicle until he had the title and paid me, which did not happen. When I called the office, the person was very Rude!

This was the smoothest transaction ever. The auditor was prompt, friendly and professional. I really expected a long drawn out process; however, it was just the opposite. From my contact with Jessica to receiving the cash for my car was absolutely no hassle. They respected my time and gave me more than I expected for my car. I am still amazed at this process. I would tell anyone wanting to sell their car to reach out to Top Dollar. I would like to thank the staff of Top Dollar for assisting me in this process!
