The service and food was less than adequate, I ordered from Glenpool, the order taker with her arrogant attitude was a bad start, the final disrespectful insult were the eggshells found in the breakfast burrito I ordered and seeing the cook and order taker snicker and laugh as they bagged up the order. I will not order ever again.
I place an order via Catrina's iOS app for the Skiatook location at 5:30 pm. I coach a middle school basketball team and had practice starting at 6:15. The app said that the order was placed and then accepted, but told me that the food hadn't been prepared yet. No big deal, figured they were busy and it was taking a while longer to make the food. Told my daughter I would track it at practice and let her know when to go pick it up. Got busy at practice and checked the app around 6:30, it was still showing the same status. At this point, I figured that maybe something went wrong with the app and the order was never received. I tried to call the location to cancel the order, no answer, attempted to call a couple more times during practice, but never got anyone to pick up. Also couldn't cancel the order through the app. Finally the store called me at 7:43 to ask about the order, I told them to cancel it please. The worker told me that they had made the food when the order was placed and that's why they were calling. I told her that I was sorry for the mix up but the app never even said the food was getting made. She then took my name and number and told me the manager would have to call the app and get my refund and that they would call me back the next day to let me know. It's been two days now and no one has reached out to me. Long story short, I don't know how good the food is because this was our first order, but don't use their app!
My order was correct when I picked it up after ordering online. The food is always good, fresh and my birria tacos had a lot of meat in them!
My only complaint. When doing an online order allow us to add a tip.
We tried Catrinas after driving by multiple times and we are so glad we did. The service is great and the food is wonderful. We have tried the chicken tacos, chicken quesadilla, burritos, guacamole and queso. Portions are huge and we always leave stuffed. Their prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get.
Recently ordered from Catrina Fresh Mex in Glenpool, Ok. and to say it was bad would be putting it mildly. The food looked terrible, our orders were lacking all the sides and it was cold. My daughter took it back and explained the problems to the guy there. He told her if she wanted the sides she should have said so (even though it was listed on their menu that these sides came with it) and tried to blame it on her for it being cold, saying it took her 30 minutes to pick it up (which was a total lie; when she got there she was told it would be a 10 minute wait for our order. She waited, picked it up and came straight home (we live 3 minutes from there). He was very rude and asked her if she wanted him to put the missing items in there. She told him she wanted it remade because it looked terrible and was cold. (I had ordered the Carne Asada Bowl which was supposed to come with chopped steak, rice, beans guac sour cream cheese and pico de gallo. What I got was a small bowl of hamburger meat with rice and a pepper on the side. She had ordered a taco plate. The tacos were extremely soggy, cold and was also missing the sides.) He continued to be rude and try to blame their screw ups on her. She finally had enough and asked for a refund and we went elsewhere for food. I would not recommend this place and will never go there again. If I could give 0 stars I would.
The burritos were big and the quality of the food is unparalleled. They never skimp on the meat like some places do. The only thing that could have been better is to give more chips with the queso order. The bag was only half full. Still I would recommend this place. The food is outstanding!
Burritos were apparently premade and were cold. We arrived a few minutes after ordering and wondered why it was so fast. We were expecting a hot meal after being out in the cold this morning. The rice was hard in places. It feels like quality keeps going down at this location. If this keeps up we will have to take our business elsewhere. Which is sad because we have been avid customers for over 4 years now, starting with the 71st and Lewis location.
Great food & good service
I tried to order a burrito online, but for some reason the order was for a bowl. I selected burritos before I selected the type, but still got a bowl.
Didn’t get our cheese dipOr any of the extras that come on the nachos
Food is always great. Everything was made to our directions. Large portion sizes.
I'm always getting great food and fast service .

The food is always amazing!
Everything is always really yummy. I order online and come through the drive thru and it's hot and fresh every time. Drive thru attendants are always very friendly and helpful. I love this location
