Everything about Cannabidiol Life is wonderful. I have been a customer for more than 2 years and never have I been disappointed with their products. I would recommend anyone looking for a great way to feel wonderful and without any side effects to use any one of their products.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. I have been using your gummy’s for years now and this last batch was awful. These were much flatter and tasted bad like all base that a gummy is made with.Very starchy. And missing flavor.If this is a recent change, I will need to say goodbye. I hope this was an isolated incident. Thank you,Brian Kasik

This company does a great job
This company does a great job, I choose the ground shipping and it's good. I really appreciate the quality of the cbg it's great, I have chronic anxiety so it's a big deal to have a natural medicine and the price for 1 gram is decent.

Great customer service phone…
Great customer service phone experience. Friendly, professional, and very helpful. I called because my shipment did not arrive and the tracking number did not work for me. Customer service representative was very nice and looked up the tracking number information and was able to tell me what dates and where my shipment was. It turns out that my shipment took a long indirect tour of the country before arriving to my local post office for delivery. Thank you for the great customer service experience.

Very disappointed in shipping time
Very disappointed in shipping time. Not true to time chosen on checkout/shipping options. Ordered 12/1. Shipping choice was 4-7 days. Shipping went out on 12/8. Did not receive item till 12/15. This took 14 days!!! So basically double the time originally quoted.

I received an email saying my order was shipped on December 3. However, today is December 10 and only the label has been prepared. My order still hasn’t been shipped.

Phenomenal service all the time!! My rescue Pitty that was abused has pain in his leg. This is the only CBD that helps him as I prefer more natural vrs what the doctor prescribed. Used them for years and I am extremely loyal due to the quality products and amazing customer service!! 👍🏻👍🏻

Extreme delay in delivery
My last order had a shipping label created on 10/22/25 it is now 11/5/26 and according to the tracking number it still hasn’t been picked up. Your website shows the order as completed, wouldn’t the package need to have been shipped in order for it to be completed. This order is from a monthly subscription that will be cancelled if this isn’t corrected very soon.

You have a good product but bad business practices.
You have a good product, but how you conduct your business needs a lot of work. If there is a problem with getting your product and you have to refund money you loose control and your customers suffer from that experience.
