The light I received looked nothing like the picture online. It also has a terrible smell. I have tried to return and they have been so difficult to work with telling me I had to pay return shipping to China (their website cites a California address). Avoid this company at all costs.
I purchased lights that are simply not going to work in the space as I hoped. They have a poor return policy so DO NOT BUY if you are not 100% certain you will use them. I highly recommend purchasing from a reputable retailer with a decent return policy. I have emailed twice regarding returning the lights and have received no response at all. My goal is to warn others prior to making the same costly mistake as me.
I ordered a chandelier 2 months ago, but I still haven't received it. After making 3 calls and sending several emails to the company, they informed me that it would take another month. I believe this whole situation might be a scam. Additionally, the customer service representative I spoke to was rude, and I suspect she may not have been working in the office.
Horrible - light took four hours to assemble and then didn’t work - won’t return and will not refund - total disaster

I ordered the lights are they arrived in perfect shape. Was happier with customer service and the quality of the lights. They were easy to install and look great. I would buy from them again.
I have bought almost 10 lighting from Censlighting. The lights are very beautiful and unique. Customer Service is excellent. The instruction sheet is not very comprehensive and the installation requires some adjustment sometimes to fit into a U.S house, but if you can do some thinking and are willing to ask questions, you can figure it out.
Excellent customer service. They answer point to point on your questions. No confusions or side tracking. Customer satisfaction is utmost for them. I have experienced it for myself. When I requested for extension down rod for the chandelier I placed order for, then sent it separately as complimentary without charging a dime from me. Packing is another thing I liked with them. Very safely packed. I'll definitely return to them for more puchases.

Awesome customer service. Initially, the lamp I received was damaged, so I shot their support team an email and got a prompt response. I sent over some pics and a video of the damage, and they promised to send me a brand new one. The replacement came in pretty quick. Had a bit of a hiccup at the start, but the new lamp is flawless and fits my room perfectly.
After using it for about six months, my LED driver gave out. I reached out to customer service, and they quickly sent me a replacement. Really digging censlighting's warranty service.
Received what I purchased. But seriously? Shipping a tiny light in a 20x20 inch box isn't exactly eco-friendly.

I received the light and it did not work out of the box, the remote instructions were not with the light. When called support they sent a jpeg of the remote which was not correct either and had to send again. There was also no wiring instructions as well no QL check stamp which usually comes with these products. When I told support they wanted a video of me making the wiring connections to prove it was wired correctly before they would reimburse me for a light that did not work. This is when I had to do a review of this product that was cheaply made shipped directly from China.

Smooth process from start to finish, could track the items and received regular updates. Initially, I found the same Wabisabi chandeliers on another site for half the price of censlighting. Contacted customer service to cancel but was told the items were already in transit and couldn't be canceled. However, they assured me I could return them if not satisfied. So I took a chance and bought a seemingly identical chandelier from the cheaper site. Once both arrived, the difference was night and day. The cheaper one felt flimsy and looked cheap, almost like it was made of foam. The one from censlighting was heavy, almost worryingly so (they assured me it's made of resin), and had a substantial, quality feel to it. Ended up returning the cheap one; sometimes it's the price that counts, sometimes it's the quality.
