I completed the PMP Exam Prep course and Jim made going through the information easy. I have taken other courses without finishing with the exam and this was an excellent refresher to prepare me for the exam.
I had a great experience completing my Dual Lean Six Sigma Green and Black Belt course with Certification Planner. The course was very well structured, making complex concepts easy to understand. The study materials were top notch and practical, and the instructor was extremely knowledgeable with real-world experience.The support team also deserves special mention they guided me step by step through the exam booking process, which made everything smooth and stress free.Highly recommended Certification Planner to anyone looking to pursue Lean Six Sigma certification.
I would not recommend signing up for an in-person Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course through Certification Planner. My experience was extremely disappointing. The in person course was canceled at the last minute due to an alleged emergency that didn’t make sense based on the email we received. When the course finally took place, the content was poorly explained. The instructor often just read directly from the slides and was frequently unable to answer questions. Overall, it felt disorganized unhelpful, and wasteful. Save your time and money—look elsewhere for quality training.

I recently completed a PMP training course, and I was very impressed with the instructor. They were incredibly patient throughout the sessions.The instructor had a friendly and approachable demeanor, which made it easy to ask questions and engage in discussions. What I especially appreciated was the effort they put into explaining complex concepts in a clear and simple manner. The instructor also did a great job highlighting the differences between the various editions of the PMBOK Guide, which helped deepen my understanding of how project management practices have evolved over time.Overall, it was a very positive learning experience, and it was a great course to take when preparing for the PMP exam.
I recently completed the Salesforce Administrator online class with Certification Planner, and I’m glad to share that my overall experience was excellent.At first, I was a bit hesitant after reading one of the reviews online, but I decided to go ahead — and I’m so glad I did. The class was well-structured, and our instructor, Ameris, went above and beyond to tailor the training to our organization’s specific needs. She even created a customized Salesforce playground for hands-on practice, which made a huge difference in our learning.During the course, I had a few unavoidable work calls since I was traveling to Thailand, and Ameris was incredibly understanding — she spent an extra hour with me to cover the topics I missed. On top of that, the class recordings were extremely helpful for reviewing the sessions at my own pace after training hours.The professionalism of the support team and the instructor really stood out. Thanks to their effort and support, I and two of my colleagues passed the Salesforce Admin exam within just 3 days of completing the course.Highly recommend Certification Planner for anyone considering Salesforce certification!

CertificationPlanner hires trainers and doesn't fully pay them their agreed upon remuneration causing grief and friction. They don't have respect to local laws and they don't keep their promise
challenge met, and online :)Thanks to Daniel for advising and reassuring me about the LSS grend and black belt training, despite it being in English (3rd language). The online videos were helpful, the written lessons very clear, organized with examples. I am happy to review the good statistical methods, very well explained. The concrete cases, the tests to train us were very relevant. what's good is that we can do it at our own pace, as soon as we're ready, we pass the test. A great value.

The online PMP course gave me the opportunity to have a great learning experience. COVID brought forth complications that turned my in-person training into an online training. The staff was able to get me in the same timeframe with the online training. I have learned so much in my classes through Certification Planner ,LLC . He paces the class just right so you feel challenged but not overwhelmed. So many other classes you just read from a text book but in this, The instructor asks questions and gets me to respond which is both fun and promotes faster learning. He is patient and eager to help. I’m thrilled to have found this class. The course was great and the customer support were amazing. they were responding very quickly and able to meet my needs. The course material is great and the presentation is very good. So happy to get additional materials and tips to pass the exam and get prepared
My in-person CAPM training was to take place right as COVID-19 became a pandemic. Certification Planner worked with me to find an alternative date for an on-line training coarse. At first I was hesitant, because I wanted the in-person experience, however, I am completely satisfied with my on-line training experience. My trainer is brilliant in the field of Project Management and presented the materials in a way that I could easily comprehend. Additionally, she developed a customized study guide and additional materials to assist in my studying for the CAPM exam. You also cannot beat the value of the coarse - it was well worth the money spent. I now feel more confident about passing the exam at first go! I would highly recommend Certification Planner to my colleagues and for sure use them again when it's time to study for my PMP.

Great company to work for! Good compensation for instructors (you have to wonder about instructors who are willing to teach for a very low wage). When looking for training as a student, you'd probably like an experienced trainer (both lots of projects managed (check on LinkedIn, but also lots of previous classes taught) who has the certification you're seeking (you can check that at PMI.org with the name). Your time is valuable and training is the right way to pass the PMP(r) exam on the first try (remember about 30% don't pass). Good course materials and a wealth of example tests and exercises.
As an instructor, the material and support provided are top notch. Certification Planner is quick to adapt to changes as it relates to material. They provide solid course ware and are very focused on delivering world class instruction.

I have attended multiple ITIL classes previously, and the instructor Certification Planner provided (Allyson Pippin) is without a doubt the most knowledgeable and personable trainer for ITIL material that I have encountered. Allyson is a true Subject Matter Expert, was patient, encouraging, prompt and prepared. I would certainly recommend Certification Planner for future training in any capacity.
I took their PMP Plus Certification course. The instructor was very knowledgeable and engaging. The customer service team was also very helpful and were extremely responsive to all my questions. I would highly recommended using these guys if you are looking to get your PMP certification.
