Great Quality
I ordered 3 different sizes of bamboo platters for my Charcuterie workshops, and the quality is excellent; they are very sturdy and look exactly like the picture shown.

Unfortunately we recieved our heart…
Unfortunately we recieved our heart boards after the Valentine rush and it was delayed 3 times by shipping. Very frustrating as we had it up on our website and product was supposed to arrive Tuesday and didn’t reciebe until late Friday. Now stuck with 75 heart boards.

They responded well and sent me and replacement unfortunately the replacement was bad
They responded well and sent me replacement product no complaint on the customer service just a complaint on the product. The replacement was the same as what I had the boards were bent and unusable

Quality Product and Great Service
Pretty quick shipping, product arrived in good shape and shipping on our last order was cheaper than Faire quoted. We've done a couple orders and I recommend them to anyone looking for quality palm leaf products.
