Avoid this company at all costs. What we experienced with CheapoflyTravel / Cheap Fly Travel was the most unprofessional and misleading travel service we have ever seen.We purchased a 12-day “all-inclusive” package for Brazil. From the beginning, the company kept asking us to send payments to multiple different companies (airlines, cruise lines, etc.) instead of handling everything themselves as promised. The trip was supposed to be fully packaged — instead we were constantly asked for additional payments, including an unexpected $3,000 just days before departure, which they claimed was “refundable.” It never was.Once we arrived in Brazil, things became even worse:Our hotel was downgraded with no explanation.Transportation was changed or missing.The company kept telling us to book our own local flights and hotels using our personal credit cards, again promising refunds that never came.They repeatedly blamed “system problems” for the fact that nothing they promised was actually booked.It has now been almost two months, and Cheap Fly Travel has taken zero responsibility for the financial damage they caused. Their only response was to claim they “fired the agent,” but we were not dealing with one person — we had a contract with the company, and firing someone does not compensate us for the money, stress, and time they wasted.Our vacation was ruined, and we lost significant money because of their actions.Based on our experience, this company is unreliable, disorganized, and does not follow through on its commitments. We are now pursuing formal complaints and legal action to recover our losses.If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, do not trust this company with your travel plans.

Both email addresses on the website don't work
I was trying to email them with booking# and bank statement of a fraudulent charge from them and none of their email contacts on their site work which make me very suspicious this is nothing more than a scam site.

one of the worst experiences in my travel planning. i called to make changes to a flight, was promised credit, a flight change, and I was charged money to update the flight. I started to get nervous when my flight was not showing up on my portal, so I called almost every day and talked to a different representative each time, none of which gave me any information but they gave me the run around and promised my flight booking would be confirmed. Fast forward to 6 calls in, numerous of hours wasted, then I get a call 2 days before my flight was supposed to take off and I am notified that the transaction could not go through, therefore I had no ticket. They gave me the run around how it was not their fault, although there was no information or communication with ample time to get a new flight myself. It was a nightmare! Stay away from this company and go direct. I have traveled hundreds of times nationally and internationally and I have never had this issue before. this is the first time i have used this company, so I thought I'd give them a chance. The manager was unprofessional, unethical and straight out rude. Go with another company and save yourself hundreds of dollars, hours spent and a frustration.
