Great service

We always come to Chefs Store when we need a new equipment and we work directly with our sales agent Ricardo Galvan. Every goes smoothly with his recommendations and always available when we need help with the equipment after purchase.

Salma was a professional

Salma was a professional and saved the sale with her actions. The manufacturer originally was backed up with orders and could not deliver until after Thanksgiving. Salma got Kitchen Aid to promise a date to deliver before Christmas. I got concerned about deliver and ordered a different model mixer. Salma provided me with her plan to convince me that she will deliver before Christmas and she did. My wife could not wait for Christmas to open the box to make her bread. She clearly noticed a difference in the needing and outcome when the bread came out of the oven. Thanks to Salma we got the results we were wanting with this commercial model mixer. The other mixer would not have been as robust as my wife would have liked, or the results.

Sales good. Delivery, what delivery???

I initially was happy with the sales representative. They offered a discount from the online price and were able to add some parts we needed to the order. However, we have yet to receive our $5000. piece of equipment, $660 for shipping and nobody knows where it is. I can't get any help from Chef's deal regarding it's location and There is NO Info from FedEx freight. It is now 3 days after promised delivery and our piece of equipment has died and we are left with no replacement. I would not choose to do business with this company again.

I was incredibly impressed with the customer service I received. After an item I wanted went out of stock, Salma proactively contacted me to offer her assistance in finding a suitable alternative. This level of personalized, proactive care is unmatched by any other online retailer I've used.

Excellent Customer Experience!!

Procurement Specialist Salma Noor went above and beyond what was expected with this purchase and delivery! The company is slow to respond but helpful

The company is slow to respond. I wasn't even sure if my order had been placed at first. Then within a few days there was confirmation. The best part is that the sinks we ordered were missing the "t" brackets. I reached out and with in a few days I got an email asking for more informaiton and then I received an email stating the parts were being shipped. I would order again if the opportunity presents itself.

I place a order and when it arrived it was damaged. When i call chefs Deal Lee made it very simple for me to get a replacement. I cant thank them enough what a great team to work with. Will buy from them anytime we are in need of equipment for our nursing home. Thanks again Lee A+ all the way

I hope I can give a 0 star. Not get the order that I ordered and when I returned it because they send me the wrong item they charge me a shipment cost and stock fee. Customer support was bad and Very bad company working. Work so long on refund 40 days!!!

Website is a basic Drop Ship Company, No customer service

After waiting an entire 4 weeks for Chef's Deal to even ship the range (after being told it would be at the latest 1 week) I purchased a $15,000 Garland commercial oven from Chef’s Deal , and unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. The range arrived without any electrical cord required for operation, rendering it unusable upon delivery.This resulted in unexpected costs, including a $578 bill from a licensed electrician for a workaround attempt, plus additional labor from contractors who had to assist with the incomplete installation. We also experienced significant project delays due to the missing part. Despite reaching out immediately and sharing the invoice and situation, Chef’s Deal refused to reimburse us or send the proper cord overnight, showing no willingness to resolve the issue or take accountability.For a purchase of this scale, you’d expect professional service, support, and follow-through. What we received felt more like a drop-shipping transaction with no post-sale care. If you're considering buying commercial equipment from Chef’s Deal, especially for a high-end or time-sensitive project, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
