Absolutely worst dealership around!!
Absolutely worst dealership around!!! Managers are terrible, terrible customer service, vehicles are way over priced!!! They have gotten rid of or run off all the good employees, sales & service, There was a female in service(Kelly) that had been there for years and years, she was the only person I would deal with, she knew what she was doing, made sure I got took care of, and was a pleasure to deal with, so after going through hell to make an appointment, (terrible system to make an appointment) I went in last week and now she’s gone!! and no one had a clue what was going on, no one greeted me, and it’s just a cluster. Everyone looks miserable including the service manager and don’t have clue what’s going on. I will never be back! And I will tell everyone I know!! And I know a lot of people, a lot of them who was customers there, but won’t be anymore, I & everyone that I know will be following her to another dealership. The greenway company that owns them are also horrible, they could care less about loyal customers or loyal employees!! I Guess that’s why there is a different face every time you go in there, from from to back, along with a different GM every time i go. I believe they are on there 7th GM so far just this year!
