I bought a La Marzocco Linea Mini R and a Ceado E37S grinder from Mark B. at Chris’ Coffee and he provided excellent service every step of the way. I knew the machine was going to take a while because it was built in Florence at the factory and shipped directly to me. Mark kept me in the loop all along the way. The grinder shipped right away but the machine was about a 4 month wait. However, along the route the machine was stolen from a warehouse in TN before it was delivered to me. This is where Mark and Chris’ Coffee really helped. Mark got in touch with La Marzocco and, long story short, they fast-tracked a new Linea Mini R for me. As I understand it, they took the next white machine (the color I ordered) and sent it to me when it was built. I appreciated the service from both La Marzocco and Chris’ Coffee. I’ve had the machine and the grinder for a year and I wanted to get to know them both better before I left a review. I definitely would buy another La Marzocco. It’s a phenomenal machine and makes coffee lightyears ahead of that at the big green and white mermaid. The Ceado is nothing short of a tank. I cannot stress highly enough that if you are purchasing a decent espresso machine, you need an equally good grinder to make it worthwhile. Mark provided a discount (this was pre-tariff) for the Linea Mini and I got a stellar machine at the best price.

Reliable Company for a Significant Purchae
My husband bought a Quickmill Vetrano 2b espresso machine from Chris’Coffee. From the extra accessories they provided, to the info they shared before hand, to the amazingly careful packing of this very heavy unit, to the post delivery support, I highly recommend this company for an important purchase. It’s a long way from the West to East Coast where we live vis a vis Chris’ Coffee. They made it seem seamless.

We bought over $7000 worth of equipment from this store and technical support is minimal and even if the item is faulty or doesn't work they don't accept returns or send you another machine. So as a small business owner I am without a coffeee machine and out $7000 dollars with no refund or another machine. Huge disappointment. Won't recommend to anyone.

I spent $3K on an espresso machine that does not power up. It has never made a single espresso. I asked to exchange the machine and was told I had to file a claim with the manufacturer. I would have never purchased from them if I knew they would not stand behind what they sell.

How do I leave zero stars? The most condescending, short, rude, incompetent service. Delay after delay. Finally getting my machine back, they forget to include the adaptor to plug in the wall. God help you if you need service on your machine.

I want to thank both of you for your extensive coaching and patience bringing both of my expensive espresso machines back to life.My original reason in 2013 and 2014 in ordering these machines from Chris' Coffee is because of the history of the company, its location in Albany and having spent 25 years in Western New York myself, marrying a girl from Buffalo. I figured I was in good hands.Awesome is a word I am still not comfortable with, but it certainly applies to you both as well as the company.

Rude and Unhelpful
Before purchasing a new espresso machine I had several questions and they were very quick to answer each and every one. Fast and excellent shipping too- which is no small thing with 70 pound machine. I highly recommend Chris Coffee.Update: I reached out for some technical advice and the person I spoke with was rude and completely unhelpful. I didn't get my question answered and had to go to anothe vendor to get the help I needed- this after spending close to $3000 at Chris Coffee. Needless to say they lost any chance they had at getting any more sales from me. Avoid Chris Coffee.
