I would like to see a portal created to report Christensen Arms false claims.
I would like to see a portal created for complaints against Christensen Arms. Plus a law firm willing to initiate a class action suit against Christensen Arms.If Christensen Arms had any integrity they would have a buy back program or actual be honest about issues they have had encountered and what they are doing to improve the hundreds of complains they are getting.

Don’t waste your money 100% scam
Sent the rifle back because the sub moa claim is a scam. They send it back with the test group at .80 moa with a 245 grain Berger. There’s only one company that makes that and no one stocks it. Come on 245 gn. Every manufacturer makes a 212 gn. The absolute best group with a 212gn was 4.3 moa. Complete scam

Ordered and paid for a 6.5 Creedmoor in October 2024 through their military/LEA program and have not received weapon as of yet 12 August 2025. Received lip service from insider sales and a customer service representative regarding missing parts on manufacturing process that caused delays. having to reach out to consumer fraud officials in multiple states regarding the incident for settlement. This company is a joke based on fraudulent practices. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS ENTITY

Bought a 6.5 prc Ridgeline last year…
Bought a 6.5 prc Ridgeline last year and have had problems since day one, very stiff on bolt action when loading a round every time and even slammed fired inside my home, luckily have video of it so sent to Christensen Arms and now they don’t even reply. Tried calling them at least 10 times and won’t even pick up the line, sad!!!!!!!!

338 ELR Barrel - Terrible Accuracy
338 ELR Barrel is defective on this Christiansen firearm. Christiansen did not honor its warranty. After break in of the barrel, the rifle had an 18 inch group at 200 yards. When I sent the rifle in for their quality control, I received a computer documents shot group, not even the real target. Christiansen stated it shot sub MOA. I am here to tell all future Christiansen purchasers, that is not the case. Christiansen did not honor replacing the barrel or refunding the unit.

I Love Christensen Rifles!
I own three Christensen Arms rifles. I can not say enough good things about them! They are my best shooting guns I own and I own several custom made rifles. I will never get another “custom” rifle, the price of a Christensen is less than half of them and the Christensen has a warranty. Customer service could not be better either. Needed a part that was covered under their warranty and they sent it right out to me! Any other company would make you mail the gun back to them so they could do it. Shout out to Quinten in customer service!!!! Keep up the good work Christensen!!!

Horrible experience
Horrible customer service. Took them 6 months to get my 2,500.00 mpr 300 win back to me after repair. Not much info on results & they didn't even replace the screw that had fell out after break in. Probably a very inexpensive screw.... Not at all impressed, will never purchase another christensens arms rifle or reccomend. Junk....

Don't BUY Christiansen Arms
If you are being enticed to by Christensen Arms because of the great rebate don't waste your time. You can use the rebate on anything, its a scam, they are out of stock on most components to complete your rifle. They won't honor the rebate after the expiration date. Super disapointing.

ONE and DONE
One and Done Customer:Trying to make this easy to follow. I purchased a new Ridgeline .308 from a dealer in Ca. on August 3, 2023. After the required background checks, I took possession of the gun on August 15th which is clearly visible in the paperwork I sent them.1. The Dealer had NO advance notice that Christensen Arms would be offering a promotion starting on the 14th of Aug. or they would have advised me and I would have waited. At the same time I purchased an HK pistol which did have an expired promotion which HK honored and extended for their customers2. I immediately sent in my registration for the Christensen Ridgeline and saw the promotion on their website for money back if over $2000 was spent, so I sent in the paperwork3. WEEKS later (9/19/23)and only AFTER I phoned to inquire, did I get a response of NO you are not eligible. You purchased the gun before the 14th. Yes I purchased the 3rd and took legal possession after the awaited time on the 15th.In my opinion and yes it is MY opinion, if Christensen Arms wants to keep customers they should be willing to look at ALL aspects concerning the purchase of one of their weapons. I’m not quibbling over weeks or months but 1 day. Also, what is most annoying is that I had to pursue the company for a response. Had I not phoned them I would still be waiting….My final takeaway, while the rifle I bought is decent enough, there are many better for less money and amazing customer serviceMy advice, take into consideration the size of the company and their willingness to keep customers. I had no problem receiving the $200 for the HK handgun I purchased which considerably less money than the $2200 I paid for the rifle. So this was my one and only exchange with Christensen Arms. Let’s hope the weapon performs well and I do not have to reach out for service.

Nothing but amazing
My experience with Christsensen arms and my rifle have been nothing but great. The rifle has impressed me beyond my expectations and the people at the company have been nothing but helpful and kind. Ive already hunted all over the world this year with my rifle and I always trust my ridgeline fft.

Traverse and 30 Ott six I Purchased
I Purchased, the traverse in caliber, 30 Ott six the rail system on which you mount the optics has vibrated loose three times at first I thought it was the optics so I changed out to a completely different scope only to have the rail system fail a second time I had the rail system fixed at a licensed gun dealership Even used red Loctite to secure the rail system in place went to the range in for a third time the rail system once again vibrated loose. I contacted Christiansen arms for torque specifications for that particular rail. I have tried to get the information sent to a license gun dealership to have the rifle returned back to Christiansen arms, and they refuse to forward that information to the dealership , Christiansen arms has basically told me that this is my problem and it’s my responsibility to fix what should be perfect coming out of the manufacturers warehouse Christiansen arms cannot advertise, selling a long range, precision shooting rifle with the base on which the optics are mounted fails

Bought a Mesa in 7mm rem mag
Bought a Mesa in 7mm rem mag. Gun would not come close to a 1 inch group. Just sprayed all types of ammo. Bolt was stiff and needed a rubber hammer to open after firing. Sent back to them for warranty work. Received email from CA saying all they did was clean and inspect and were shipping back to me. The darn thing shoots lights out now with no stiff bolt. Fist group out was .391 inch. It’s probably magic that they did nothing and it improved so much but I really don’t care. Turnaround time was 3 weeks. Great service and communication with Christianson Arms. Looking at a 308 now.

Junk, trash, buy a different brand
Junk. Does not shoot MOA or anywhere near. 5 different brands, grains, manufacturers of ammo and nothing. It is a great $2000 paper weight. All about money with next to 0 quality….. trash…..

BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE: I own 2 Ridgeline rifles. My 300RUM is an older model and shoots sub MOA. My wife’s 270 is newer production and cannot even shoot MOA. I reload and still no go. Christensen was purchased by Ancor Capital Partners in 2019. They have nothing to do with the firearms industry. They have ramped up production however w quality has steadfastly gone down hill. Most common issue is accuracy specifically failure to not only meet the sub MOA guarantee but most recent production barrels do not even meet standard MOA. Rifles are sent in for warranty and returned as repaired and test fired with a digitized target stating said rifle met sub MOA requirements. However, several instances have been well documented of said rifles being returned with metal shavings in the action after barrel replacement thus negating an accurate test fire or a test fire at all. The company has been informed of issues in public forums such as Facebook only for anyone stating facts even in a calm and respectful manner to be banned. Customers whom ask for a refund are refused and asked to send their rifle back again. Some instances rifles have been sent in more than 3 times. Most reputable gunsmiths have a pile of Christensen barrels and will testify to the inadequacy in quality. They are absolutely inconsistent and most require a shooter to have extensive reloading experience in order to get it to shoot. In my opinion, any bolt action firearm should at least shoot MOA. A bolt action rifle that starts in the 1500.00 range should absolutely shoot at a minimum MOA with any off the shelf ammo.

Remington 700 Std full length scope…
Remington 700 Std full length scope rail that I ordered does not fit any one of my 700's, short or long action. Took it to THREE separate gun stores around town and none of their rifle accept it. Their website says, "Fits any standard Remington 700

Terrible experience so far
I purchased a ca ridgeline from prophet river arms in may 2022.The chamber was so tight I had trouble to eject the cartridge and the accuracy was terrible!!!!! So I was told by prophet river to sent it for warrenty work at corlane sports in British Columbia , so here I sit, it’s October 21 still no gun. !!!! I’ve contact all three companies involved and to make a long story short ……. Prophet river sells only , corlane sports fixes only in this case (I didn’t buy from them ) and Christensen arms only builds the gun , they don’t sell or fix them !!

I bought a 22 LR from Al's sporting…
I bought a 22 LR from Al's sporting goods in Idaho Falls Idaho. Loved the rifle.Broke the handle off the bolt cocking it .Al's sent the gun into Christensen Arms, and told me the turn around time was usually one to three weeks .It has been over six weeks and have no gun yet. Al's has not heard a word. I have called but can never get a person to talk to. Pretty disappointed with service.

I just purchased a CA Mesa in 300WM
I just purchased a CA Mesa in 300WM. I was a bit hesitant after reading so many negative reviews but went with CA. I shot the Mesa yesterday at a 100 yard indoor range and printed sub .40 3 shot groups. This with factory Norma 150 grain soft point ammo. The only factory ammo I could find. I will be handloading ammo for it shortly. My complaints; the bolt is rough and difficult to close. The blind box mag is the pits and will be replaced. CA offers a very expensive detachable plate, well worth the money.
