Shady- you won't receive all your money after 7 month wait
Took 6 months, Agnieszka Fanslau was impolite and said "ok go file a complaint then" instead of providing a proper resolution. They do NOT provide documentation of how much they receive. It's quite suspicious and they give horrendous exchange rates so you lose an additional 5%. So in the end you lose much more of your money. They will not provide any proof of how much they actually receive from the airline. Very shady business

Flight compensation is easy with Claim Flights
Agnieszka Fanslau from Claim Flights was really helpful and supportive of our case. There was great communication with Agnieszka and she managed to offer us the compensation within the time frame that was specified. We are very happy with the result and would recommend these services to anyone entitled to flight compensation.

Wonderful Experience

I am pretty impressed with the result
I am pretty impressed with the result. The process seem a bit opaque, the only way to know about the process is emailing the person assigned, and still, they wont provider much info, but as soon as there some news, they Will wirte you back.In general i am very happy with the service and the supoort provided by Agnieszka. They helped me to claim a compensation for a flight that happened 3 years ago and Iberia was refusing to compensate. Thank you so much!

Highly recommend Claim Flights service
In my case the whole process lasted more than 2 years, because as I've been informed, the airline wasn't agree with the compensation and it was necessary to go on court, the process being transfered to a local lawyer.In this time, I was periodical informed about case status by Ms.Agnieszka Fanslauand Mr. Kunicki, which were very professional, helpful and responsive.In the end I received the compensation I wasn't even expecting.Highly recommend Claim Flights service!

All was clear and transparent
All was clear and transparent. I gave them all the info and let them handle it. It took some time (but that is to be expected of course) and all of a sudden, I got an e-mail they received the money for my claim. It was deposited to my account some weeks later! I am absolutely very happy with the service. I tried to handle the claim by myself first, but it just isn't possible to do it by yourself. Thank you Claim Flights for the help!

Hello,Please note that I am totally dissapointed about the way one of your agents, Mrs Agnieszka Fanslau, is treating the customers, as they are totally stupid.Find bellow an e-mail that I received from her:Agnieszka Fanslau Mon, Nov 24 at 2:20 PMPLEASE READ CAREFULLY (READ WORD BY WORD AND THINK WHAT EACH WORD MEANS). AFTER YOU'VE READ IT, ASK SOMEONE WHAT THE MESSAGE FROM WIZZ AIR MEANS. PLEASE ASK SOMEONE WHO CAN READ FOR HELP:I would like to inform you that a claim for the same customer, booking and flight has been received from another company and compensation in accordance with Regulation 261/2004 has already been paid to them. There is absolutely no indication anywhere that YOU received compensation. THERE IS NO INFORMATION THAT YOU RECEIVED A COMPENSATION. CLAIM FLIGHT COMPANY - I DO NOT RECOMEND IT ! They are not serious at all ! After I sent them all the requested data and made me fill tons of papers and sign them, Agniezska, their representative just replied that they have to close the case bus Wizzair just asked them to and they just can't do any research. I just lost my time. It's not worth it !!! They don't help you !!!AVOID THEM :((
