You guys are the worst i have ever seen!! Took a year to approve my refund!! And upon that i have been begging to have the refund credited to my account. Its one excuse or another everyrime i contact you team. This is so ridiculous after being your customer for how many years!!! Raised 3 manager callbacks and no one calls you back!! Have support agents that act and chat like robots. Unbelievable!!

This company is a group of scammers. After receiving my payment, they did not send the booking confirmation. I followed up many times, but they kept saying that the matter was forwarded to the concerned team and that I should wait for a response. To this day, I have not received any reservation confirmation for my booking request. They simply took my money without providing any service. I sincerely hope that the Dubai authorities take action against these scammers. Do not use this agency for anything.

Ticket cancellation and refund
We had booked flights for 1 passenger from Mumbai to Dubai with Air India on 13th July and 2 passengers from Dubai to Paris with Emirates on 15th July. Both these tickets were booked from Cleartrip. Me and my wife were planning to travel but we cancelled our trip due to medical emergency as she was diagnosed with cancer. We had escalated the same to Cleartrip with all evidence like hospital letter, medical reports and tests. Along this I also contacted both airlines Air India and Emirates personally addressing the situation for cancellation waiver. I received the email response from Air India for full refund understanding the situation. With email response from Emirates which I contacted and cancelled before 48 hours which was to receive around 85% of the airfare as per their terms and conditions.There has been disappointing service, untrained staff, misleading information and lack of support from Cleartrip.I have chatted with numerous staff on whatsapp and contacted the call center several times and shared my booking trip ID from the last 30 days but there is no concrete response. As I had mentioned several times the urgency and criticality of the medical situation my wife is in and requesting the refund of the amount paid to cleartrip upon cancellation since 11th July. I have been chasing their team since then to get a reply but I keep getting a reply that we are waiting for the airline to reply and also through the several conversations via phone & Whatsapp facility I have mentioned to expedite the process so I can use the amount for medical expenses.Calling both the airline Air India & Emirates, from their side they are clear that we have got my request and replied to me however we are waiting for your agent Cleartrip to contact us. Informing Cleartrip of the same, they are replying that their agents have sent an email to the airline but there is no reply from them. However this is totally unacceptable and fault of Cleatrip as I have booked through Cleartrip and there is no call, email reply and update from Cleartrip on this matter even explaining the amount to be used on medical grounds. It is sad and quite tortuous to go through this time even after explaining the medical situation multiple times.I have also explained my wife's health situation sharing reports, prescription and even the number of months she will have to go through the treatment.

The dates got changed automatically when I paid for the ticket. My dates were from 26th July yo 2nd August I receive tickets for September. Then I get accused and asked to prove how I put the dates. A big con company making money by fraud, never trust this company, airlines will loose their reputation.

Very disappointed service and staff are unprofessionals. I confirmed with Indigo flight about my booking stauts and they informed me that if i can cancel 4 hours before i am eligible to get a refund of AED 1900 out of AED 3.7K, however Clear trip team failed to report and Hosam Alaa forced me to accept 700 AED refund only like take it or leave it, Clear trip colleagues were not at all helpful and their service is below average, i will never book again with Cleartrip.se

I had one of the worst experiences with Cleartrip and would not recommend them at all. I booked a ticket and received a confirmation email, all seemed fine initially. But a few days later, they emailed saying there was a price change and I have to pay extra, or the booking would be cancelled. I didn’t catch the email in time, and by the time I saw it, the booking was already cancelled.When I contacted customer support, they claimed they had tried calling me multiple times, which never happened. They didn’t contact me via WhatsApp either, though I could reach them in WhatsApp. Strangely, email was their only way of communicating such a critical update, even though it's the least reliable for urgent matters.Because of this, I had to rearrange all other bookings tied to my annual vacation. It feels like a deliberate trap to extract more money after confirming a booking!!I’ll never use Cleartrip again and strongly urge others to think twice before trusting them with travel plans.

i purchased flight ticket from cleartrip.ae with their EzCancel scheme with the amount of AED2145 including Ezcancel scheme where this scheme said that if i cancel my ticket before 10hr departure of flight they will give provide full refund as per attach image. but when i ask them for my cancellation refund amount, they said only aed704 will give . but this is totally unjustified while they made promotion on the website and said that they will provide full refund if i took EzCancel scheme. please do needful to get my money back in full refund. Also as per article 48 they do violate the law of UAE as i feel. please do needful to get my full refund.

Not even able to return my refund money which was transferred from airlines to clear trip account, still im waiting for refund... I lost Money on calling to their uae call center number of times as its not a toll free number. Worst travel agency website i have ever seen in my life time. Better to book with airlines directly on their site. Scam travel agent in UAE. Holding my money refund for more than months..I booked meal too while on my onward travel, I didn't get a meal on board as mentioned in clear trip itenary. I was starving on board. Don't trust cleartrip.ae....I'm requesting everyone don't book tickets from this platform. They will give you mental torture by repeating the same thing again and again that they will send reminder to particular department although you call between regular intervals and ask update about your refund. They will tell higher officials will call from their call center within 24 to 48 hours or 72 hours. You will not even receive a single call from these people. I don't even know why they make fake promises if they can't do something. CEO of this company i think he is running with brain less people. They are not even ashamed to hold customer s money.... Kindly don't book tickets from Cleartrip Their refund policies are very weird thinking that they are the owner of airlines. Even if the airlines provide full refund, they deduct cashback, promo code applications and pay you back....

I booked a flight through Cleartrip. After 6 weeks I had emails in my Spam folder saying I need to send payment details (ie credit card photo and ID). I got a call from a number where a person was talking with extreme background noise. When I tried to call back the number, the number didn’t work. All indicated a fraud. Few hours later they cancelled my flight booking that was already charged by my bank saying „it’s due to bank fraud“ and they took all the cancellations fees even though I never cancelled and had the flights fully paid!Trip ID: 240709793684Never ever again! I am spending a lot on travel and this was the first time I tried Cleartrip and had the most horrendous experience !

Never seen such a worst travel portal in my life. The payment gateway get stuck in between and it's failed multiple times, no messages or notification on payment. Also the site is down frequently, and no option to add luggage while booking flights.

I would be happy to change this review once a manager contacts me about the people who answer the phones. The website clearly has something wrong with it -- been calling weekly and reporting this issue but it seems like Cleartrip does not care about customer satisfaction. When a ticket costs 35 000 dirhams and NO LUGGAGE ALLOWANCE is flickering in grey, clearly something is wrong with the website! Pay attention -- no one will buy a ticket without a luggage allowance! An absolute money-making scheme to say the least. In the future, I will be taking my business to a company that cares about selling flight tickets with a luggage allowance.

Very bad experience. Donot consider cleartrip for your air ticketing. If any incidents happens , they are completely unaware to support the client . Instead they ask us to followup with the concerned air company . Any normal travel agencies can do better than cleartrip

I got refund confirmation from cleartrip.ae on 19th May 2023. Today is 09 Aug 2023 havent got any refund yet. Their email dosent work. Their login dosent work, and when I call them they said it will be done soon. They owe me about AED4,500 but still waiting for them to transfer funds... They are bogus company. I wish I can give them zero rating

I have been booking flight tickets thru cleartrip website since many years and was quote satisfied by their service. BUT, my latest experience has been so bad, it is the last time i will ever use their service.I had booked a return ticket in May 2023 for travelling in July 2023 from Dubai to Kochi via Abu Dhabi thru cleartrip.ae. I even received valid tickets by email.On 12th June 2023 I contacted the airline to check the baggage allowance and TO MY HORROR, the airline informed me that my booking does not exist. They informed me that cleartrip booked my ticket using some wrong airline code and so my booking was cancelled by the airline's system. Now, neither Cleartrip nor the airline bothered to inform me that my booking has been cancelled. Don't they have any responsibility to inform me???What if i had gone to the airport to check-in and found that i did not have a booking?? I trusted cleartrip and paid for the ticket. But instead of accepting their mistake & returning my money, Cleartrip shamelessly says that they will give me a full refund, BUT it will be done only within 90 working days & that they dont have any further responsibility!!!. Shameless people.Now it has been so many days & i am still waiting for my refund. I am also forced to book another ticket at a much higher cost. All because i trusted cleartrip. I need my money to book another ticket!!! To avoid such issues its better to book tickets directly from the airlines website.Now imagine if you are travelling with family and suddenly you are told that your tickets don't exist and when you contact cleartrip, they will say that refunds will be made only in 90 working days !!!!! What will you do?? Can everybody afford to book another set of tickets before getting the refund?? SO Beware before you book with cleartrip. Such a shame. Pls note: If you have already booked your ticket using cleartrip website, then please check with the airline if your ticket is valid. Dont just TRUST the ticket sent by cleartrip.
