Installer / trainer had to catch a plane, so training was poor. Annual service on the CNC is not available in our state. Software was damaged by our staff, so we had to repurchase the software as CNC Factory refused to help in providing the registration number. Once the equipment is purchased good luck with service or technical help.
We currently have the sidewinder and it's a great machine but their service is terrible. They say they're going to come out to service it but they never do. I would not recommend buying from them!
Had a demo at their santa ana showroom. Brought my own cad file and they cut my product perfectly. Had a ton of questions and chris and elijah answered all of them. They also showed me their huge inventory of parts so i know they can send me replacements whenever i need them. Met the customer service team too. Overall i trust this company since they just focused on helping me with my needs instead of upselling me something.
