Do not get a loan with this credit union.My brother has an auto loan with them. It is a joint account with his wife. She passed away recently. They have informed him he must pay off the loan or return the truck. They have contacted the DMV so he can't renew his tags.To the person he spoke to on the phone. I hope you have the day you deserve.
These people are thieves. They cleaned out my bank account and refused to make it right. Never before or since have I ever put money into a bank only to come out with most of it gone. I would not trust them with a single penny.
This is my favorite bank. I found the rates competitive, the customer service is solid, and the online tools are all modern and what you'd expect.
