Five stars isn’t enough for Manny &…
Five stars isn’t enough for Manny & Darryl. These guys were absolutely amazing. They showed up on time, worked hard the entire day, and treated all the items like they were their own. Not a single complaint, just straight hustle all day. Moving is so stressful, but they made it smooth and easy. So grateful for Manny & Darryl! Thank yall!

Manny, Darryl, and Kenny were extremely helpful and accommodating. Very professional. They made the move way less stressful, and have been kind and easy to work with every step of the way. They knew exactly what needed to be done and worked through the process quickly and with great expertise.

I was lucky to record all phone calls because I was warned by 2 other company’s that coastal sucks you in with great quotes then start tacking on outrageous fees. This turns out to be true. I the original call I told them the items I needed moved that’s when I got the quote and signed the contract and paid the deposit. Yes that was stupid. I then received a phone call to confirm the inventory list. Which I gave in detail. They added 2000k to the bill. I paid it and went over the inventory list again. A couple days later the movers got to the house and said that even though there was space in the truck they only had a certain amount of space unless I paid more. Knowing what I needed moved from the beginning, I refused to pay more. They packed the truck leaving half of the couch, the dining room table after they took it apart which it was not made to be taken apart but lifted in pieces at a he house. Literally half of the list I gave them they left behind knowing the items I needed moved. I ended up just having them leave everything. I sent my lawyer all recorded phone calls and original contracts. He is taking it from here. He is also contacting the better business bureau. Which they already have complaints Do NOT TRUST THIS CORUPT COMPANY NO INTEGRITY!

Do not trust this company!
Do not trust this company!! They are taking your money to hire a local company. They make promises that the local brokers know nothing about! They make a promise, and then the movers know nothing about this. I had to relocate quickly because of repairs needed due to water damage. I explained that I would not have time to get everything packed, and I would need help. Here are some examples of the problems I had... 1. When the movers got there, they immediately told me the job would actually cost $2600 more than what I had been quoted. 2. They knew nothing about packing the kitchen (a deal I made with Coastal Movers). 3. Coastal told me they would pack whatever I needed for $10/box. The movers knew nothing about this. 4. They damaged two pieces because they were moving very, very quickly. 5. Coastal Movers was not open when the movers arrived. They answered the phone and told me to call back in an hour when they were open. 6. Neither of the two people I worked with at Coastal was available when I ran into this conflict. Coastal sucks. I was definitely ripped off. In the end I had to hire local movers who came in to help me get everything done and out of the apartment.

Worst experience ever
Started off fine. Finally picked up my merchandise. Moving from Kelso, Washington to Great Falls, Montana. Told them we didn't have an address for them to deliver to so they put March 7th which was 30 days. Told me that when we got the address, let them know and they would deliver to the address. Told me it would take 5 to 7 days to get to Great Falls. They said it would be placed in a climate controlled storage facility in Great Falls. WRONG!!! It is still somewhere in Washington State, if that's true. Started on February 16th wanting to get the merchandise delivered. Gave them the delivery address on February 17th. Have called 10 or 11 times since then to their subcontractor loadrans llc. Haven't spoken to the same person twice, been given the run around and more excuses than you can imagine. Even got hung up on. Still won't give me a time frame for delivery. It needs to be in Great Falls the week of Februar 23rd. Have also been charged an exorbitant amount. I am beyond frustrated. Everyone please DO NOT USE EITHER ONE OF THESE COMPANIES and give them both 1 star. If there were negative numbers it would be minus150 rating

Worst experience I’ve ever had with any business
Liars. Cheats. Thieves. There are not enough words in the English language to appropriately describe the pieces of trash that make up this company. They will lock you into a purposely, negligently low rate then upcharge you to no end at time of pick up. I am writing this review at 2:30 am because I am simply too mad to sleep. This is a dishonest, willfully negligent company. They will sell you a false bill of goods and do so with a smile. Snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Simple as that, this is not a company you should use. You will be cheated out of your hard earned dollars. It is a trap. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE DO BUSINESS WITH COASTAL MOVING. Once more DO NOT USE THESE LYING, CHEATING, IMMORAL PIECES OF GARBAGE FOR ANYTHING.

Coastal Moving LLC will bait and switch you
Coastal Moving will give you a quote that is entirely false when you furst speak, and they are a middle man at that. They will tell you that they will give you X amount of movers, and that you have Y amount of extra space so no additional charges will apply if you dont exceed that. The will offer you discounts and promises when you sign up, but the day of they send a 3rd party that is not what you agreed to at all that will then say they need to up charge you by over $1000 despite you opting out taking several things from the *original quote*. My issue is with Coastal Moving specifically, and not the 2 men who actually did the moving for us. I would *never* recommend Coastal Moving for any jobs to anyone ever because of their shady business practices and clear bait and switch tactics. I have every intention of filing with BBB as well, because what they did was textbook bait and switch, especially since they knew the situation I was in and took total advantage. 1 star for Coastal Moving, 4 stars for my actual movers. Overall 2 star because of how badly Coastal scammed us and put me in an extremely dangerous situation overall that forced me to grossly overpay for the job. It is listed as unprompted, but my movers gave me this link. I refuse to link my Facebook to this due to the nature of the move and the situation that is ongoing. I am using my Google which de-identifies me. Coastal Moving can figure it out themselves if they want to contact me directly.
