I worked with CollinWood Publishers for book marketing and overall it was a good experience the team was helpful and explained the promotion process in a simple way. My book started getting better reach after their marketing work. There was a little delay at one stage, but they handled it well and stayed in touch. In the end, I'm happy with the service.

The proofreading and formatting were so crisp and the cover design really pops on the shelf. Chris Walker was my guide through the whole process and his feedback on the illustrations was invaluable. He has a great way of explaining the why behind design choices. My website is also incredibly user friendly and looks very high end.
I had a mixed experience with CollinWood Publishers although the crew was cooperative and the work was of a respectable quality the procedure was sluggish and had many delays. Although the end result is satisfactory they need to be more timely and efficient. This can work if you're patient but the delays can be annoying.
I recently published my book with Collinwood, and overall the quality of work was good the final result met my expectations in terms of design and production. However the process took much longer than I was initially told which was quite frustrating. While I appreciate the effort and the quality delivered, I do feel that better time management and clearer timeline updates would have made the experience much smoother.
