Got completely SCAMMED
Got completely SCAMMED. My wife booked these tickets, and 2 hours before our visit we received an email from them saying that our tour was cancelled (for no apperent reason) and that we would receive a refund. Its been a week now and still no refund. We tried emailing several times, and still no response. We ended up booking with Colosseumtickets.org, which was a much better experience. I recommend either Colosseumtickets.org or (even with limited availability) the official channel ticketing.colosseo.it. We used Colosseumtickets.org, but they are a little more expensive than the official one. All in all a TERRIBLE experience.

The official website was not working yesterday and when I saw this sponsored website on google I thought it was correct. I bought two normal tickets for 30€ each to visit this October. I received an email saying it would take up to 5 days to send me the tickets and I thought it was a scam. I sent them an email saying I would report them to the police if they didn't send me the tickets or refund my money. The tickets arrived to my email shortly after but I had to call the official Coliseum to find out if they are valid or not after seeing the comments here. They confirmed that they are valid but they cost 18€ each and Rome Ticket charged me 30€ each, it's a scam! Don't buy here and report this website!

We bought our tickets to the colosseum in 2 months advance and they said they would send them 1 or 2 weeks before the date, so we were a bit suspicious. However the tickets were correctly sent before our trip, so all good and we had no troubles.
