For dogs with Cruiciate Ligament Injury

Danielle Everett, PgD, BScVeterinary Physiotherapist & Canine HydrotherapistMember of NAVP, NARCH & AHPRIf your dog has a Cruciate LIgament Injury or any other mobility issues PLEASE PLEASE consider treatment from Danielle Everett at the Company of Animals, Ruxbury Farm Chertsey, Surrey, before attempting surgery. The Treatment has worked for our lovely boy Jerry, and it could for you too. Surgery is not always the answer. We are very pleased our vet recommended Danielle Everett.

Halti is utter rubbish

The "halti" headcollar is a load of rubbish, it's not secure and dangerous.World's leading a marketing ploy to see this cheap tat.Avoid

Would give 0 stars of possible. Had purchased a product that was faulty from manufacturing and the company would not honor their own product. Very terrible customer service and would not support a company that can’t back their products especially considering the price of them.

Two muzzles both broken within two months, can't get any response from customer services. Steer well clear of this company.

Steer clear

Website suggests you order multiple sizes for fit, and that you can return the unwanted ones. Well, they don't send you an order confirmation email, there's no invoice or returns label in the box on delivery, no phone number and customer services won't reply to my emails. So basically I have bought 3 muzzles, none of them are really that good (they are very heavy and inflexible), and I can't return any of them. Absolutely cr@p. Steer clear.

Bought a halti “no pull” harness…

Bought a halti “no pull” harness recently. Having to return it as the lead that comes with the harness catches on my dogs leg and she starts limping as she cannot walk comfortably. Such a huge design flaw.Customer service takes days to get responses and when they do it is not relevant to what I am asking. All queries are done by email…no phone lines so are very hard work to liaise with. Have given up now and sent the item back to Amazon and will use a different harness.

DO NOT PURCHASE THESE PRODUCTS!!

DO NOT PURCHASE THESE PRODUCTS!!! I bought a head collar for my dog, it literally broke within 2 minutes of leaving the store. I went back and exchanged it for another one which broke within 2 uses. I went back to the store again and upgraded it to the Headcollar Optifit which also broke within a couple uses. I decided to email The Company of Animals and surprisingly they responded right away but offered nothing. They asked me for bank statements which I sent (which showed I went through 3 head collars in less than 2 weeks) and they literally never responded after that. Why ask me for bank statements and then literally do nothing? No support or reimbursement was offered. The products are GARBAGE.

Heavy and uncomfortable. Does not fit well

I purchased a carsafe harness based on the product info online on their website. After following all the fitting instructions the harness would not fit my dog. The neck strap is not adjustable so it was way too big. The harness chest plate was also too wide and cut into the front legs. The online seller would not give me a refund because I didn’t have the packaging. Eventually I contacted COA they also would refund because it wa more than 30 days. Totally unreasonable. The harness has never been used. It is still as new surely the 30 day rule should not apply. COA were NOT helpful at all. Don’t buy the carsafe harness. It is heavy and uncomfortable for small to med dogs.

Great Customer Service

The truth is that you only find out how good a company really is when you have a problem and ask for help. We had a problem with the size of a Baskerville Ultra Muzzle, we rang customer service and they clearly wanted to solve our problem quickly without any fuss, a true 5 star service and a great product too.

Superb Company and Quality Products

We have two rescue dogs and we have always used the Company of Animals comfy harnesses for walking the boys and for securing them in the car for travelling, the quality is so good that we have only needed to replace the harnesses when they boys have outgrown them (last year we changed to Halti harnesses, collars and leads for walking the boys and the COA comfy harnesses for travelling - Halti is also a Company of Animals brand) We had a problem with one of the comfy harnesses and took it back to a well known high street pet shop but they didn’t want to know as we had purchased the harness over 28 days previously. I contacted Customer Services at Company of Animals and they replaced the harness without any drama. I recommend that dog owners support this company, as both Company of Animals and Halti products are brilliant - the quality is superb and the company are a joy to deal with.Thank you Company of Animals.
