Excellent "human" customer service and unique product
Had bought from this company about a year ago, and tried them again. Excellent customer service. Same day shipping, answered all my questions. Customer Service again by a real person that took his time to explain every feature and also reiforced with follow-up emails and even a video clip made for me to understand the issue I was asking about. We purchased a unique over-the-bed monitor arm for a bed-ridden family member and it was exactly as described.
