Gift Wrap Request Ignored
I wrote an email asking for gift wrap and signature boxing with a special note for this expensive gift as instructed on your site, and never heard back from you. Now the gift is shipped with no note or wrapping… disappointing for what is supposed to be a luxury item.

The products are amazing and they come extremely well packaged. I think my only complaint would be the lack of communication between the time i purchased the products and the DHL letting me they were going to deliver the next day.
