I pulled a report and they charged me $1. But I had no idea that by agreeing to that report, I was signing up for a package. Although the website was cyrptic in how it is accessed, I made it to a chat with someone named Richard. They closed the package and refunded me what they charged. So I give it three stars for being good sports and creating friction about the refund.

I used the product 1 time they preceded to charge me $20 membership fee without any notification that they the charge was recurring.

Two withdraws in December, 25.00 and two in February, 40.00. Why? Cancelled todays date2/22/26
