What has made my experience great is that puzzles of this type totally focus my mind on the picture. Thus I don't think about my stressful day or anticipate tomorrow. I enter the world of imagination. The cleverly cut pieces are challenging and the results are always beautiful. The ones I really like, I make permanent with puzzle glue and I even give some of them away. I look forward to spending time puzzling everyday. Your puzzles are outstanding!
I would give this company a minus rating if i could, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM they do not do what they say, you are very lucky if you get a reply to an e-mail in 24 days never mind 24 hours and even then you have to send loads to them before you get a reply. i have sent numerous e-mails about a broken item and have had a reply to say they will replace it but nothing happens then when you ask what is happening they ask for photos of the damage which we have already sent and they have acknowledged receipt of but are then saying they havent received them which is complete bulls##t, will never order from them again or recomend them to anyone
Their refund policy is utter bs. Ive given them more than enough business and they are so rude. 10/10 do NOT recommend. Also the product is cheap
I get so excited to receive my puzzles. It seems like a long wait ,but it isn’t. I reach out to you too soon and I receive a response almost immediately.
Love the puzzles, ordered 4 for my grandson, one was missing a piece, I contacted then and they sent a whole new puzzle. It took a while to receive original order but the replacement came pretty quick. I will definitely order from this company again!!
Second time that I ordered from them. The puzzles are amazing and I am giving them as gifts because they are so special. They smell good tooooo!!!!!!!!!
The Puzzle Up puzzles are beautiful, fun and interesting as the pieces are interestingly shaped. They were very helpful to me when I couldn't locate. Y package. I will be ordering again.
Back in November I purchased a diamond painting & it got lost by our courier in December, I emailed back explained what went on & I haven't heard anything back since the email... bad service
Puzzles are colorful and solid. First wood piece puzzles I purchased and put together. The cuts are precise and different from any I have ever done in the past.

I ordered four small puzzles from this company. The quality is excellent, the colors were vibrant, and the overall product exceeded my expectations. They were fun for me and my 9-year-old daughter to put together. We love puzzles and are always looking for challenges. Shipping took 12 days, but I wasn't expecting overnight, so that doesn't bother me at all. I'm happy with our purchase and would buy from them again.
I was in two minds about diamond art, but decided to order their Wicked (you will be changed) diamond artI have found it very therapeutic to work on, it took me approximately 3 weeks to complete it and I am very pleased with it

I have ordered from this company before. This was my third time. Every order before this was good, always had a tracking number, got updates, no problems. This last time my tracking number says warehousing processing order and hasn't changed in weeks I've reached out and they gave me some excuse about an invalid address which isn't right because I ordered 2 times before to the same address. Now they won't even reply to my emails. I got an email saying the package was delivered which it wasn't. The tracking still says the same thing. I reached out to the delivery carrier, and they said the package hasn't been dispatched yet because of insufficient inventory. I liked everything I bought from this company, so I am very disappointed this has happened. I still can't get a straight answer, and I am pretty sure the company blocked my email. I think it's safe to say, I will never order from them again.
I thought I had made a mistake ordering but customer service quickly assured me that the puzzles were ordered correctly and on their way. Before I knew it I was putting together my favorite story from the Old Testament having a great time!
AVOID: I bought a set of three Stranger Things puzzles as a gift. Two of the boxes arrived damaged. When I asked for a replacement or refund they only offered credit, despite my rights under contract law. Then they ghosted me. It’s a high price for damaged goods. Now I am having to pursue compensation via my bank/direct card.

Extremely slow delivery. Waited nearly a month, couldn't track order as no order number was given. Love doing these puzzles however when I completed my recent puzzle, the colour was very dull and dark when compared to the advetising picture. I live the test these puzzles give due to the varied pieces, however, I am not sure I would buy again
I had a missing piece in my puzzle and they replaced it with a new one! It genuinely made my day!
I absolutely LOVE these puzzles. Have ordered several; completed some myself & gifted others. The whimsical little animal pieces are fun to work with, especially with another person.When I found a piece missing from recent order, I contacted the company; they quickly responded, and agreed to replace the puzzle. I will be ordering more from them. I’m kinda addicted.
