Do not purchase-scamming people.
The old owner was amazing, and kits were incredible. The new owner raiaed price without notification, used mass molds, then stopped deliverying product, but continues to take money from accounts signed up. She has shut down email and site. I've lost 100 dollars from her that I cannot dispute. Stay far away from this "box."

Fraud Scam Someone needs to investigate
I purchased a plan for my wife's Christmas gift and have discovered I was scammed out of my money. This Wendy or George or whoever needs to have state or federal authorities looking into their clearly ongoing fraud!! Today I received a text saying order is coming and at the beginning of March and April I received emails saying it was coming! Do we know what State they are based in? The State Attorney General should look into Wendy!

Craft Kitsune is now a scam
I haven’t received my kits from Jan- April 2024 as of today. I have sent several screenshots to Wendy showing the months that are still unfulfilled. She hasn’t responded to me.

Once the company changes hands it all goes bad
Late boxes will turn into no boxes you have already paid for.

The new owner has ruined everything
The new owner has run this company into the ground. The cheap junk in the boxes is barely worth $10. The one time shop is mostly out of stock. The resin molds supposedly "created in house" are from Temu. The website, which once was easy to browse, is now a mess of a dozen different fonts on busy backgrounds. There are barely any pictures for the products being sold, so if you do subscribe, you don't even know how badly you're getting ripped off until the box arrives (assuming it ever does). Just stay away from this company.

Do NOT trust!
Honestly one of the worst experiences I've had with a company. I've been a subscriber to Craft Kitsune for years now, and then a new owner took over unexpectedly. I decided to give her a chance. I was on a monthly subscription, so I was being charged every month, but I wasn't getting any shipments. I didn't get December or January's kits. I gave the new owner the benefit of the doubt because she had some delays with shipping, but after I emailed asking about tracking/shipping, she said she'd "look into it" and then never got back to me. I sent subsequent emails for help and she ignored all of them. I had to file a claim with my bank to get my money back. I definitely don't recommend subscribing at this point - you're not going to get anything!

Buyer Beware
The original owner of this business (Liz) sold it to a new owner (Wendy) end of July/ early August 2023 with absolutely no notice to subscribers until after the sale had already taken place. Several people cancelled their subscriptions right then and there (the smart ones), but most people tried to give the new owner the benefit of doubt, hoping that she would improve things with her promises of more items and higher quality, but the main issue everyone was having was how late the kits were shipped out every month. Unfortunately, it only took a few months before she stopped approving all new FB posts (early November 2023) and stopped updating everyone on kit progress via automated emails/through the FB group like Liz did (IE if all the parts had arrived, and when we could expect them to ship out, etc), and she hasn't responded to any emails written to her. I noticed on January 1st 2024 that I had received an email from Craft Kitsune on December 31st, 2023 at 11:01PM stating that there would be changes starting in 2024... the most important ones stating that there was not only going to be a price hike to compliment the 'better item quality' (kits originally started at around $35, but in only a matter of months, have since gone up to $50), but instead of being charged on the 11th of each month for our kits, the charges would be going through on the 1st of each month. Less than an hour later, there was a confirmation email that my account had been charged for the new monthly subscription of $50. I can't think of many people that are going to be checking their emails on New Years Eve, so that in itself was shady enough, but she hadn't even revealed what the monthly theme was going to be yet, so no one was given the option to skip that monthly theme if they wanted to, as we were always given the option in the past- hence why the charges were originally on the 11th instead of the 1st. Since posts still aren't being approved in either Craft Kitsune FB group(subscribers and regular business page), everyone has taken to commenting on older posts just trying to get information. All negative comments and questions are routinely being deleted without being answered, and she's even going as far as blocking/removing some people from the groups now, when all everyone wants are answers. She has also deleted and disabled the ability to leave reviews on the business page. When I finally got the December kit, it was nothing like the unique mold that she advertised (which was when the subscribers noticed that she had even gone out of her way to delete all of the themed December kit posts). Instead, it was was a cheap, $3 Temu mold, 2 stickers, half filled resin bottles, a tiny thing of glitter, and 3 cheap, non-related plastic charms. Definitely not worth the price that we were charged for!! February Kits still haven't been shipped out, March kits haven't even been REVEALED, yet she's busy creating multiple FB ads for more subscribers, trying to start an affiliate program, and still ignoring all emails. COMPLETE SCAM, BUYER BEWARE!!!

What was once a good company experience no longer is
Initially the year subscription I paid for was great. The boxes content has been increasingly more sparse since last September, when we did not receive enough resin to fill even one of the molds. There was also an ownership change around this time. No boxes have been sent on schedule (not by a few days, by literal months, no one has received Feb box yet). The item reveals are not the exclusive items promised but mass produced ones purchased off temu. Boxes come with inconsistent amounts of 2 part resin. There are not enough "extras" provided to create the crafts. March had no reveal, although people were charged (the charging is to occur after the reveal so you have the option to skip the month.) Reviews and questions are being removed from the Craftkitsune social media the owner controls and individuals are being blocked from the company page. Online store purchases are not being honored and people are having to dispute the charges with their banks to get their money back. Emails to the owner go unanswered.

FRAUD
FRAUDThis used to be a great box, but it changed ownership last year, and the new owner just takes subs and doesn't fulfill them anymore.

COMPLETE FRAUD! AVOID!
This company is an absolute scam. I don’t know how she’s able to keep functioning as a business. Last shipment I received was in February with CHRISTMAS themed bits… (Halloween’s came in December) although nothing makes any cohesive sense & is worth maybe $5 TOPS. Uneven amounts of half filled resin bottles, a wooden letter, cheap Christmas stickers, & a few tiny totally random cheap plastic shapes (Snail? Panda? Candy? Wth?). No mold. No instructions. No idea what they’re supposed to be for. Last straw for me. Previous kits were also nonsensical & seemed marketed towards young children. This one is all just useless junk.Contacting my credit card company, the Attorney General, & Better Business Bureau for fraud.

Just run and don't look back
Things were running later and later. The owner changed the time that the money collection was made for subscriptions. She gave the notice on December 31st that she was changing it to the first, at 10pm at night. Went in to pause the subscription and it was locked as charged an hour later (before the first even arrived).Still haven't recieved that kit that was technically for February. It was supposed to be shipped early February and its now mid March. The owner has went in and limited comments on her posts and is blocking people on her fb business page. Yes people are complaining now but many have sought to reach her through many avenues and finally went public trying to get a response. Save your money. Some of the old molds were cute but many of the new ones are severely lacking. Not to mention the whole issue where she took people's money and never delivered a product. Run and don't look back. Turning the company into the Better business bureau. I'm pretty sure I ate the cost and will never see it again. However, I hope someone else doesn't have to go through this.

This Is a NO GO
Like all of the other recent reviewers (seriously, sort by most recent), I lost a bunch of money to this “Wendy” I subscribed for a 3 month subscription in September, received a subpar box with out everything needed to complete the craft and then never got another response or package from the company. It’s now. SIX MONTHS later and I am still trying to recoup my $.

SCAM company after new ownership!
After Wendy took over, the company has gone downhill drastically. Exclusive molds are a thing of the past; now it's just cheap molds from temu. The price has increased (without warning!) to $50+ for a less than $1 mold, sparse "supplies" that wouldn't even complete a project, and random junk "goody bags". The reveals posted are far from what members have received. She has stopped communication for months now via email & all social media, yet has been very quick to censor/block members in the FB subscriber group. She hasn't responded to BBB, PayPal, or credit cards/banks which has resulted in successful chargebacks from myself & other members. All this while having the audacity to heavily advertise great boxes from before her time and an affiliate program. I would NEVER suggest this new era to ANYONE. What a scam.

Major decline since change in ownership
Getting unique molds produced by a small business can’t be easy, and I applaud the work that being done. Delays have always been common, but communication was generally consistent. There’s been a new owner since the summer and communication seems to have disappeared. The website is harder to navigate, and I’m highly disappointed by the decision to change the billing cycle without advance notice. I’ve cancelled my subscription for now. We’ll see if the new owner can get into the swing of things, but I’m not expecting much at the moment.

Is there a zero star option?
Is there a zero star option? Boxes eventually shipped contain cheap molds you can buy for far less elsewhere. The items in the box are random and make no sense to be placed together. Why include a birthday charm in a Christmas box? Oh, and the items promised are not included. There is no customer service. I believe this company exists to squeeze money from customers who haven't managed to cancel their subscriptions.
CraftyMomster
Was a decent company prior to August 2023.
I first subscribed to Craft Kitsune back in 2022. I canceled my subscription that August for a few reasons but will say that the previous owner was quick to respond when I had an issue and seemed to care. The company was sold last August and a new owner took over. One would think that none of that mattered to a past subscriber until Jan. 1, 2024, when I woke up to a surprise email that I had been resubscribed and charged a new price without my authorization. I attempted to reach out by email, Facebook, and Instagram. I even called the phone number my bank had associated with the company to discover it was still the old owner's number. I then filed a complaint with the BBB only to eventually get a response that she wasn't responding to them either. After receiving zero communication from Wendy (the owner), my back was finally able to give me my money back. I had to not only make sure the company was blocked on PayPal bit also had to have a new bank card issued and my old one closed. There is no way to completely cancel one's account with Craft Kitsune.

Horrible craft company box since September 2023 do not buy
I’ve been with this company since 2020 before the pandemic started and the former owner, even though we may have had some issues we have never had as much problems as we did since it’s been sold to this new company first I’m a say that we have been scammed and lied to on numerous occasions The first offense was we pay 3499 for a month for the box all of a sudden and November they started charging $50 per box without any notification or anything and then what we started receiving for this $50 per month was less than five dollars in product sometimes as I see some people never received their boxes Especially if they prepaid a year in advance. I had sent a email 42 times between October 16 and December 31 asking when and where did they post that they were starting charging I asked $15 almost 20 $20 for shipping no answer I will make leave a comments on the Instagram no answer or did or the first answer they give will get back to you the next day. The next day has never come , then they started just to ignore any questions and erase any questions they were given it on their Instagram post you were not allowed to ask any questions about your box in the Facebook group because it tells you when you sign up you only hear to talk about the box or the craft. You cannot discuss anything About payment any errors anything like that in their Facebook group so after No after no response from emails I decide to call them Viva Instagram I did that three separate times on three once at the end of October once mid November and I just called again about a week ago and after this last time of them not answering those calls they have blocked me on Instagram or the two accounts that they that they know that I have but they don’t know I have many many more that I can see in any question and then I got a email because I stopped I would not let them charge me for January because they were not answering these emails so once they saw that they were not being able to charge for January I cut that card charge your charger off. They sent me an email saying now you’re no longer , you’re no longer able to purchase boxes from us like they’re banding me from getting there that cheap cheap and excuse my French ass box because this last one had his once in waiting for this first time, they printing their own type of mold and it’s supposed to be the reindeer cupcake here come yeah we got a reindeer cupcake. That was the picture on the box on the inside of the box. Once again, we received one mold , which is a mold of just a reindeer sitting up that can be purchased on which or on Temu for less than 15 sets if you bomb in bulk Everything that we received in Decembers box was less than five dollars. You should be ashamed of yourselves for what you’ve done and looking back over it. I’m gonna talk to my credit card company about reverse in charges and tell them they can have that crap back from the box that they had cured they started curating which was a Halloween box which we didn’t get to after Halloween I think Thanksgiving box you got two days before Thanksgiving and our Christmas boxes that got them and I didn’t get the February 1 a Christmas box !!!!

No don’t do it you will regret
At first it was nice I payed month to month as some months I did not care for Any issues the old owner would repond with in 3 days worst case a week or would reply on the fb group But now with the new owner I payed for Dec Jan and Feb box Now we r in Feb I still have not gotten my Dec or Jan box idk if I will get my Feb box at this rate I doubt it I sent emails out and in the fb group about my boxes no reply’s and my msgs been removed So this box I a big no go do not join bc you will be out of money for nothing

From worth it to scam in just a few months…
This company use to be a trustworthy and worth while subscription box. It switched owners and has since become a scam. All mold are cheap ones from temu. Very little supplies included so projects can not be completed. No instructions for those who are beginner level. And to top it all off, the owner refuses to communicate with customers with concerns. Shipping weeks later than the boxes were supposed to if at all. Up charge on the subscription without any communication. And the literal last minute change in the billing schedule removing the option to skip a box that isn't wanted.

Craft Kitsune has become a scam company…
Craft Kitsune has become a scam company after the original owner sold the business. The new owner claims all molds are 100% original, but a simple search tell you they're sold on temu and other sites. A recent box even had a completely different mold that was listed. The promised mold is still in the artwork on the box it self.
