I can't get my debit card added to my account ?
I just can seem to get my debit card to get added to my account that's the only downfall. But other than that the app is easy to use and understand

This is a great site to get extra money…
This is a great site to get extra money in between pay periods. I am sure it is my fault, but I had thought this was an auto pay when my paycheck came in. It was not. You have to actually pay it back, and not knowing that, my payment was always showing past due. That is the one thing that I wish there had been more information on the website to explain.I just got it figured out and paid the money back early and everything is great now. Definitely use credit genie because there aren't any extra fees or charges that just show up. I highly recommend.

This app has the worst customer service…
This app has the worst customer service that I have ever tried to work with. I needed to change my phone number and email address because I had to get new ones the ones I signed up with were no longer accessible for me. Five weeks I sent in tickets asking for the change and give the information I used when I registered the account followed by the new information and when they finally replied back the five times they kept telling me to send the original email address and phone number with the new email address and phone number and they will change it well, starting on six weeks now I still can't login because the phone number isn't changed so I can get the code to reset my password. They don't respond in a timely manner at all and personally that is a company I can't do business with.

When I needed help.
I was late on my repayment so they dropped my available cash advance down but I quickly got back on top of my financial situation and paid it back early, then they immediately brought me back to where my previous cash amount was.
