I've placed a number of orders online and have always found the delivery neatly packaged and prompt. And the beans themselves are great, always. No complaints.

The website is fine and delivery was…
The website is fine and delivery was fast ....but the coffee beans had no real flavor I could find, no matter what grind I used or what temperature I tried. No real crema, sour taste, very weak. Tried all I could, wasted 500grams trying to bring out the flavour...I am not sure why this coffee has two taste awards? Which was the basis for the purchase? Maybe a bad batch?
