The theme is excellent. It looks great and has excellent features. I was getting an update message that made no sense. I reached out to customer service. Their response was fast and patient. I’m no a tech person and they patiently walked me through next steps and followed up to check on my progress. I’m very impressed!

Our organization has been using the Responsive Mobile (Responsive II) theme for many years. I ran into an issue recently that required me to reach out to their support team. They were very quick to respond and had me back up and running in no time. They directed me to the steps to correct the issue and very politely informed me that the theme I was using had been discontinued and pointed me to a new (similar) theme that I could consider switching to. This was the first time that I had to reach out to their support, and I can report that I was not disappointed.
I have been using the Responsive theme for many years. This is a very stable theme and it is regularly updated. Cyberchimps have always been helpful when I got stuck. The team also checks if their advice has worked. In short, the team is always ready to help and responds to every query very quickly. I strongly recommend them.
Like many of the reviews, the follow-up by the team was professional and timely. You can count on them replying and giving you a solution that works. This particular time I had an issue with the site not loading right after changing the template. I figured it was a cache issue and after an exhaustive amount of time, I finally reached out to the Cyberchimp team. Problem was with the plugin Speedycache. I deactivated it, but as was pointed out, the cache folder still existed. I ended up renaming that folder and everything worked. Don't hesitate to reach out, they know what they are doing and can save you time.

When most companies just want to collect your cash and leave you twisting to solve your own troubles, I was surprised to have a support tech take a deep dive and send me the CSS I needed to resolve a mobile responsive issue I needed to conquer.
