This place is a scam they owe my wife money! They kept charging weird fees and my wife payed them around $3,000 all together. Each time they told her after she payed the first fee that she could withdraw the bitcoin butchery time she did something happens then they ask for another fee that don't makes any sense at all but every time she deposits the payment didn't go through because the servers went out and everytime they would increase the the price. They say that they were founded by some dude that own Cypress bank and trust in Florida but I called them and they didn't know anything about the platform and was more shocked then I was. So don't trust this platform
