I loved being coached by Damara! She asked me all the right questions and helped me figure out how my thoughts were affecting me. She encouraged me to make the changes I wanted to make and really cheered me on!
The “crazy mom.” Do you know her? She’s the mom inside you who flips out when the house is a mess or when your kids won’t listen. I used to get so caught up in spinning my own thoughts inside my head and sure enough, the “crazy mom” would rear her ugly head. After meeting with Damara, the “crazy mom” inside me now feels like she’s more under control! All the power lies with me! It’s been life changing!
I really appreciate Damara’s ability to get to the heart of my thoughts, show me how I am in control, then guide me as to how and where I need to make changes. I’ve never felt more in control of my own life. I also love how at ease I feel with her, I could tell her everything and anything knowing there is no judgement. I highly recommend her as a life coach.
