Paid for and half complete
Massive renovation project and not a single completed item in the build and one year late. Zero project management skills (no plans, implemented own designs as nobody directed, never on site ... team left to get on with own ideas) and no customer service. Charm and no substance - shame for all the great team that worked on the project. Except the ones that removed our installed product as they left.Building won’t pass building regs as they didn’t follow plans so lots of work to be charged back to them. Seriously only managed to finish plasterboard in 18 months!Happy to provide supporting updates as we progress through courts. Thanks goodness for #ConsumerRightsAct2015
