Terrible Customer Service
Deco art customer service order is TERRIBLE. They are rude and try and make you feel like it is your problem. My order is apparently lost in the mail (for over a week) and they are not being helpful at all. They said “I suggest you choose another carrier next time” however, it doesn’t give an option of which carrier to use. They said “well, I can’t make the mail deliver it any faster” and that was their only “help” they could give. I do not recommend using them!!
