This company is advertising incorrect measurements for containers instead of 24"x27"x27" and I received 22"x22"x22" which is now not fitting for my climbing roses so over $500 wasted on 4 containers.

I chose the replacement, and they shipped out new chairs right away—no hassle at all. The replacement chairs were in perfect condition, and I couldn't be happier with them now that everything was sorted.It’s rare to come across a company that not only offers great products but also genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. BEWARE!! Terrible return policy and practices! After purchasing a lovely coffee table with no problem, the return was quite costly and took FOREVER. First, I had to pay $120 for a custom box to be made because the original was cut apart to remove the table. Second, they charged an $80 restocking fee. And lastly, they waited OVER 3 weeks from the return date to refund my money. Ridiculous policies. Don't purchase from them unless you are absolutely sure you won't need to return!!
I'm always hesitant to purchase big-ticket items like furniture from sites I haven't had experience with, but I took a chance with Decor Market and I couldn't be more pleased. They have competitive prices for some of my favorite designers and brands, LIGHTNING fast shipping, and I had no problems whatsoever with the delivery of my order (a large and heavy dresser). Would absolutely purchase from again.
I would order from another website if I could do again. Return policy is 30 days and they charge a restocking fee.
I ordered a large area rug on a Friday of a holiday weekend and it arrived that Tuesday! Quality is great and Decor Market's prices couldn't be beat. They've earned my future business!
Scam! They took my payment and no order confirmation, no shipping confirmation. No response to my inquiries.Update: I did receive the item. Still had issues with communication, did not receive order confirmation but I did get ahold of someone who sent me tracking.
RUN!!! Scam artists they have a horrible return policy and they won't allow you to cancel, tried to cancel after 15minutes and they hung up the phone on me.. I had to dispute with my financial institution
awful experience be aware they charge 15% restocking fee and have the worst return policies, and you have to wait for a long time to get your refund. I do not recommend purchase anything from this store
I had a great experience with Lily, i initially bought something which didn't look good in my living room. They let me return it for free and purchse another nightstand that ended up working out. The whole process was smooth! Thank you!
After placing my order, I immediately requested to change the color of my item - same price and style. I left a message and sent an email. I did not receive a response. I called 6 more times the following day. I finally spoke with someone who said that they would send an email to the manufacturer. Then I later received an email that it was too late to change the color, and I would have to pay a restocking fee to return the item. I do not believe that they tried at all to help me or provide any customer service.

Excellent customer service. I ordered 4 bar stools from decor market, however the website description is wrong from their vendor, they have them corrected and sent me additional bar stools. Very fast delivery and excellent communication!
The customer service here has been outstanding. I ordered several items for pre-order that were not yet in stock, and the Decor Market team communicated with me regularly, sending proactive update emails about new ETA dates with the ever-changing supply chain issues and delays.When I did receive my items, one of the products had a manufacturers flaw in the wood. I sent a photo of the issue to the Decor Market team and they promptly sent me a replacement item free of charge. Unfortunately, this item still had a problem (not Decor Market's fault at all, but the vendor's issue). I sent a photo of this issue to the team and they refunded me for the product. So refreshing to have nice, hassle free customer service! I will definitely be ordering from them again as I know they stand by their products.
Decor Market’s return and refund policies are top notch. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ star review, no doubt!! Long story, short, I placed an order on their website for an area rug. Once I realized I ordered the wrong color, I sent them an email notifying them of my mistake. That same evening I also ordered the right color rug. Communication from them through the process was impeccable. 👍👍👍👍👍 The next day Decor Market contacted me and within hours sent me a Fed Ex return shipping label via email to print out. Fed Ex tracking was excellent. Both rugs shipped from the vendor the following day of my online order, and paralleled each other, and arrived within 3 business days. Unfortunately, neither of the two rugs (6’ x 6’ square) worked in my home, so I requested the second return shipping label for the second order, and they were gracious enough, at no cost, to email me the second return label the next day. Just saying, 💁♀️🤔👏 I haven’t seen customer service like that in years.
Ordered a beautiful ivory shag rug from them it came in slightly damaged and they replaced it no questions asked! Great customer service experience and pricing!
I had such a wonderful experience shopping online with Decor Market. I searched high and low for a specific looking dining chair, all big box retailers were sold out! But Decor Market had what I was looking for…and at a great price too! I ordered 6 chairs, one arrived damaged/factory defect. Decor Market’s customer service was excellent and within a day of writing them about my damaged product, they had a new one on the way. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
Great Customer Service from Decor Market-- I had an issue that was clearly due to a manufacturing error and Decor Market went out of their way to ensure that I was satisfied with the outcome. I was so happy with their email response times and the fact that an actual human answered the phone! Will definitely be buying from them again.
