JP helped us review our current merchant account and make changes to be more profitable and compliant. We have access to a dashboard that gives us the information we need at our fingertips and eyes on our AR so we can get paid quicker.

Thanks to JP at DeGross Consulting
Thanks to JP at DeGross Consulting, we have seamlessly switched from our traditional (aka old :) merchant service terminal and technology to a modern & high tech one with both the handheld terminal with capability for Apple pay, text messages of receipts to our patients along with an easy to use online portal allowing us to easily process insurance credit card payments, schedule patients' payment plan coordination, and auto-posting of payments into our patients' accounts plus many other additional functionalities. JP is very helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. He lends all the hand-holding needed to make sure things got transitioned smoothly.
