i used clicmechanic to attend my home…
i used clicmechanic to attend my home to diagnose a problem i was having with the service light and gear light showing two flashing spanners. A guy called Mark came and put a so called diagnostic computer on the car, he then took it for a test drive for about 20 minutes and returned he stated the problem was the gear box and said it needed changing he then gave me two business cards and said he would quote for the work. i went home and looked on the internet for a gear box and found one at 150 pounds. i then searched the internet for a site that could give me a second opinion and found a smart car site i joined and told them the problem and got an email telling me exactly what the problem was and suggested that i visit a smart car dealer and get the software updated i did this at a cost of 117 pounds and spoke to the mechanic and asked him do i need a new gear box and he replied no it was just needing a software update. clicmechanic claim that mark did nothing wrong and that they would not issue a refund so be aware they are not smart car mechanics

SCAM and FRAUD
These are extortionists. Do not pay them a penny. They post fake reviews under different names and try to get money to remove the reviews.

SCAM!
They make fake reviews of a company and then email the company asking money for deleting the reviews. Really really bad way of doing business...someone has to stop them! Let see if they can delete this review...
