Don't ask for Sam
Every element of my experience with Denver Mattress in Aurora was negative. I should have known in the beginning, when Sam, one of the management team first helped me. He was showing me mattresses when another customer walked in. He excused himself, for what I believed to be a moment to greet another customer, whom he proceeded to help from start to finish. I waited a half hour to make my purchase. No one else offered to help. Despite this bad start, I wanted to complete my purchase. The order was supposed to be delivered on this coming Monday. I instructed Sam that the delivery person would need to contact the leasing office of my apartment. Sam had originally offered a Sunday delivery, but I told him that the leasing office was closed. I was informed by the warehouse that my delivery would be between 8 and 10. The leasing office does not open until 9. When I tried to fix this, I was informed that the warehouse could not change delivery times. I called Sam at the store for assistance but he could do nothing for me. When I asked to cancel the order he suggested a different day but could not guarantee the time would be any different. I told him to cancel the order but he said he couldn't refund my money because the mattress was already on the truck. Not once was he willing to do anything to complete the sale for me. I will be contacting his store manager, Liv, to complain about Sam's poor service. I suggest you not shop at this store, and if you do, don't ask for Sam.

I had an amazing experience at Denver…
I had an amazing experience at Denver Mattress. It has been way too long since I upgraded my bed and a lot has changed since I was last in the market.Very shortly after I arrived, a friendly and brightly smiling associate named RayJon asked if I needed help. I typically prefer to shop/explore on my own without a helicopter salesperson. I explained to RayJon that once I had narrowed down my interests, I would find him for assistance. He agreed and I went about comparing the feel and pricing of their beds on offer.After I was between 2-3 mattresses and price points, I regrouped with him and he was very informative and enjoyable to interact with. At no time did he adopt a hard sell approach, which further engendered a feeling of trust between us. He was so knowledgeable and poised that I was shocked to learn that he was relatively new to the job.He used his expertise and training to help me settle upon a new bed with which I am SO satisfied. He facilitated a prompt delivery and walked me through the various satisfaction guarantees offered through Denver Mattress.If you are in the market for a new bed, please strongly consider requesting RayJon for his endearing personality, professionalism and to assist with his continued success. You will not be disappointed.
