After searching for weeks for a high-quality artificial plant solution, I’m so glad I discovered Designer Plants. The quality of the greenery is top-notch — better than anything I’ve seen in stores. Their design team also gave me helpful suggestions to match the aesthetic of my office. Installation was easy, and the final result is just breathtaking. I will definitely be ordering again!
Exceptional service by the showroom team and they went above and beyond to help. The plant panels we chose looked really lush compared to others we visited and when installing we need some tips and the staff messaged us on Sunday explaining some tips as our space was sloping. Very nice finish in the end and enjoyed years looking good so now came back to do our new home again.
Be very careful with your purchase - they don't give refunds!!!! I spent $400 on artificial 2 wall hangings - they looked terrible and now can only get a credit (to purchase more of what I don't want). What a bad purchase that was!

Designerplants Australia is expensive so you’d think you would receive a high quality realistic looking palm tree. What we got was anything but quality. It looked like something you’d pick up from the reject shop instead. Looked as fake as my breast implants that I got done on the Gold Coast. Beware of this company they are dishonest and will definitely take your money but won’t refund.

I ordered 3 of the eden panels for my family condo wall to block out the ugly metal screen that was badly painted. The delivery took 3 days to my aunty in CA. and the product was exceptional with realistic colors and also free install parts came with this plant panel. Following the hanging of the green wall I spoke to Toni and she assisted with advice about fluffing the plants and now it looks really superb 👌 no complaints and will do a second wall when budget permits. Happy to upload image if there is a way. I had actually visited their Australian showroom and then ordered the items before returning stateside and super impressed and can see why they operate in multiple places with such florally realistic walls
I purchased a faux boxwood hedge for my outdoor deck. This is the lowest quality artificial plant I've ever purchased. Designer Plants' website looks amazing, but beware! The product I purchased is literally sagging on the frame. When trying to assemble the product many foliage pieces fell out. You can see through the panel it is so sparsely knit. This is not a premium product. When I complained, their reply was basically the photo online is what you get. No. The photo online does reflect the poor quality of this product. Designer Plant's reply to me is that that they have literally sold thousands of the boxwood hedge. That may be true, BUT, please review their egregious return policy at the time of your purchase, excerpt insert below. The policy essentially prohibits returns by making it cost prohibitive! Designer Plants offers no return label to its customers. When I went to UPS, I was told the return would cost me $115. I left and went to the US Post Office. There I was told the return would be $105. So I would need to pay another $115 to return the piece of crap I bought for $199, minus their additional fees!**************************************************************** Refunds / Returns / Chargebacks Designer Plants accepts returns. Returns will need to be returned to our warehouse in Miami. The initial postage paid for by Designer Plants will be deducted and the balance refunded less a 10% restocking fee. Returns must be made within 30 days. Should you wish to cancel or return your order you may do so. A $25 fee or 25% cancellation fee will apply to all orders (whichever is greater). This partially covers the costs we incur in payment processing, restocking (if applicable), freight & warehouse costs. You must cancel and arrange for the return of the items within 30 days to our warehouse from the order date. The fees will apply as soon as your order is placed.
