Couldn't get refund
Tried to get a refund shortly after ordering. I emailed them and after 2 days they emailed back asking for the order number. After providing them with it, another 2 days passed and they said they won't refund it because it has already started production.

Do not order from these people they are scammers. I ordered a wall clock (supposedly new product) and when it arrived the quality and size is nothing like described. It is horrendous - probably the ugliest and worst quality item I’ve ever purchased. I have emailed Sam numerous times and now they say return for a refund but at my expense which will cost a fortune to do so - basically they know people will give up and not bother. Why can people sell such trash and rob people it is disgusting!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
Order turned up late. I began doing my picture when I run out of diamonds so emailed 'customer service'. 'Sam' seemed really helpful and explained that it was the elderly people's fault that are employed to package that mucked up my order and that the missing diamonds would be shipped out shortly.... that was September.... its now December. I have sent numerous emails to 'Sam' aswell as trying to speak to someone other than 'sam' to rectify this issue and get a refund which I think is only fair as I haven't been able to complete my photo. 'Sam' is now ignoring my emails. Sham of a business! Wish I'd read the trust pilot reviews before using it.

Too Expensive To Return Rubbish
Yes, I now see why Sam is doing the best possible job in stealing money from people for a terrible product and absolutely no customer service. I simply asked for the shadow around the dog to me removed and replaced with the same colour as the rest of the carpet. My partner has just finished making it and as I envisaged Hollie looks awful. I sent the photo and they want me to send it back. The intrnational standard postage is £25 and if you want to ensure you get your money back (because it will go missing) they expect you to pay amother £15. So here is the deal, stop buying from China. They are heavily subsidised by the government so they can afford to send rubbish products to us in the UK. They know you will not bother sending it back for a refund. So I ask every single one of you to make sure this daily robber does not get any business from the UK ever again.

Terrible we had one as a gift from friends it is terrible loads of diamonds missing have got round and square diamonds tried to contact them all we got is cannot trace the order so be warned use at your own riskJust an update we have started on the faces and they are coming out PINK what a waste of time so KEEP WELL AWAY

Wish i give NO STARS AS COMPANY LIES !!!!I place order with this company , under name diy diamonds and meant to be of my grandaughter , this was March 2020 , it arrived end of May, totally screw up and hence made complaint , sam the so called customer support specialist, sam , always saying delays ,pandemic, she promise me replacement , but fact first took 3 months or more to arrived and picture was meant as gift , I had pay for canvas of my grandaughter , so ask for my dog to be done , but Sam sent me wrong picture in July 2020 , she promise me send correct of my dog, it now march 12th 2021 , and still no picture , this company lies as 49 emails I have proved sam as failed deliver my picture , I since joined group on fb and they warned re ,there dealings with this terriable company , sam as block me comments on fb but its clear seeing many others , same story , lies false promises , I have invoice and all 49 emails proved , what rubbish company they are .AVOID AT ALL COST!

If I could give this company no stars I would! Ive had the exact same issue as Victoria so I thought I would just state the same Do not waste your money on this company! Absolutely horrendous service. Placed an order on the 13th of April 2020 and paid for priority processing. I knew there could de delays with delivery hence the priority processing to get it on the way as soon as possible. The product was created within a few days which I thought was great- but it sat in their warehouse for weeks before actually being dispatched. It finally arrived to my friend in Mid-June by which time she’d return to work and didn’t get around to starting to create it until November. On beginning she quickly realised several colours were missing from the order we both have exchanged numerous emails with Sam who is worse than useless and just comes up with excuse after excuse and generic replies. It is now the end of Feb 2021, nearly a year after ordering and the order is still not complete as we have still not received the missing colours I just keep being told by Sam “we are waiting for an update”- whatever that is suppose to mean?! I have requested a refund on several occasions due to still not receiving the missing parts but that has not happened either. Sam has now begun ignoring my emails all together. I will not touch this company ever again and I would advise everyone to stay well clear.

I would give this pathetic effort of a business no stars but have to give the laughable sam a 1 star so here goes....ordered on the 9th April 2020 and was told it was sent and well were now on the 22nd Feb 2021 almost a year later and I'm still waiting, I'm assuming that some little Chinese bloke is floating about the ocean with my order swimming here! Still not arrived. SAM talks crap every email, oh it's on its way today she said oh I've checked with courier and almost at yours hahahaha wow is that how people have to make money these days? refused a refund, can send ppl emails of the lies and excuses joanne19821 @hotmail.co.uk email me. ....Conning people. Bought 2 custom paintings and both were terrible due to the colour of the tiles, they were nothing like the original photo. This was the problem with both it was almost like they just picked a handful of colours and added them to the pack.

I didnt even want to give 1 star but it wouldn't let me do 0. Absolutely ridiculous company. Payed quite a bit for a large picture of my children. On Inspection they had sent me a set of wrong diamonds numbered different to what I needed. I contacted them and they apologised and I sent photos of their paperwork showing what I needed and what I got. They said they would get right on it. Fast forward 9 months later and still no diamonds! Several emails asking me to be patient and not taking responsibility for their mistake even though they told me they would be with me soon so to start enjoying. Now I'm left with a large Incomplete piece of work that is dry and won't stick the diamonds on anyway so have requested a refund or contact with management and I am being ignored . NEVER purchase from here!!!

Utter joke of a company-hope the owner takes note
8 months ago I ordered 2 Tulip field pictures, 2 photo paintings and a accessories kit which should have included a mermaid pen. In first place they only sent the tulip field pictures and the kit minus the mermaid pen. I emailed and they said they’d send out the missing items...took ages to come and when it did suprise suprise I get 2 more tulip field pictures and no mermaid pen. No sign of any photo paintings!To date I am still going back and forth with this company with a rep called “Sam” and nothing has been done to send out my 2 missing custom paintings or mermaid pen. I am just being given the run around and they now have the cheek to insist I send all the goods i have received back! They can go to the moon on this one because A) they have my money for goods I haven’t received and B) there’s no garantee of a refund like others have said. C) Goodness knows where they want the goods sent too, China or otherwise it’ll be more than the goods are worth! I will send them though if they pay the postage and give me a refund!This company is a joke...and they’re customer service is a joke. The statement on their website states 24/7 excellent customer service...I beg to differ...it’s non existant! Hope the owner reads this and does something about...which I doubt but miracles might happen!

Company do not follow through with issues/complaints
Ordered a large print as a Christmas gift. When I started I noticed some gems were missing so contacted the company who said they would send more, but these have still never arrived. I continued on whilst waiting, and after 15+ hours spent on the art it became apparent that the faces in the image were going to look absolutely horrific. I sent photos and was advised to continue on to see the full effect and if I still didn't like it they would re-do it. Now when I say I spent 15+ hours already, it would likely have taken close to another 60 hours to complete the huge print! No way could I complete that just to "see if I liked it!" then have to restart all over! Added to that the promised additional gems never arrived so I wouldn't have been able to complete it anyway. So that's me out of pocket and had to find an alternative gift last-minute. Very disappointed as this looked ideal. Although the company is quite good at communicating, they did not follow through with their promise and did not rectify my issue in any way.
